My mum has been at Brook View for 4 months. Her care has been excellent. The manager leads a very professional and thoughtful staff. Everyone is friendly to me and my mum. All the staff are caring and kind - this goes from the kitchen, front desk, housekeeping, carers and nurses. There are always enough staff on duty to ensure every resident has attention and care as soon as it's needed. I am so happy we chose Brook View - I know my mum is safe and well looked after.

Overall Experience
I was extremely well looked after during my stay, all staff were very friendly and most helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed all outings, especially the boat trip around Poole harbour. The food was excellent with plenty of variation.

Overall Experience
I am at brook view for respite - it is my first experience of a care home and arrived full of trepidation, i needn't have worried. Morale of the staff appears very high, lots of good humour. The catering is also very good, with good quality and plenty of choice. Overall i find it impossible to fault brook view, it is a well run home and the standard of cleanliness is very high, i would not hesitate to reside here.

My grandad was cared for at Brook View. He was very well looked after in the time that he was there, and the staff were amazing when he passed. Would recommend the care home for others looking for care for their family.

My grandmother is receiving care in Brook View Home. Her care has been excellent since she has been there; nothing is too much trouble. The team are approachable, friendly and well-trained. The home is always welcoming and clean whenever I visit my grandmother.

My Aunt stayed at Brook View for a short rest bite break in January. She was absolutely thrilled with the service that she received. When I visited her I also found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful, and even recieved cups of tea and cake.

I am writing on behalf of the care my dad has recieved since being in Brook View Residential Home has been Excellent the care from al the team has been kind and so thoughtful. Always a friendly place to visit and the care dad has recieved shows with his day to day improvement. The Chef has taken time to puree his meals as unable to eat solid food and made sure he is getting all his nutrients that he needs.

As a retired nurse with nearly 50 years of experience, working in hospital, and many care homes, I can honestly say I can find no fault in any aspect of care in Brook View.
It is a very special, caring home. The staff, with out exception are incredibly kind and supportive.

Having looked at other rest homes in areas Ferndown and West Moors,
I decided it was so pretty at Brook View that was the one I wanted to spend my respite care in.
(What a good job, it was the right one)
All the staff were always smiling at you and even remembering my name was quite amazing, as not only mine but they were using other residents which made people happy, especially me.

My mum has a stroke in 2024, on returning home after 2 and a half months in hospital, it was clear she was unhappy with the care she was being provided at home, so it was agreed she would become permanent at Brook View. My mum is really happy and cared for fabulously at Brook View, the staff are friendly, the attention to detail is wonderful and I couldn't be more happy.
