Whitecliffe House Reviews (81)
Whitecliffe House has a Review Score of 9.9 (9.931) out of 10, based on 19 reviews in the last 2 years.
Over all time Whitecliffe House has 81 reviews.
Overall the home is clean, tidy with friendly and approachable staff. Access to the qualified nurse on duty can at times be difficult as there is usually only one on at a time, with the remainder carers. The food is good and liked by the residents. I do feel that patient dignity could be improved, many times other residents clothing have been found on my grandmother. This is important to get right and to feel an individual. Label system needs to be improved.
The above review has been raised with the family as no previous concerns have been brought to the managers attention, all issues have now been resolved. The labelling of residents clothing has been reviewed and we now have a strict labelling policy within the home and resident dignity is of the highest importance to our team.

- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
