The staff were especially brilliant in my mother's last 5 days, I was allowed to stay overnight and we were all cared for. The last few days of my mother's life are now filled with so many lovely memories, I cannot thank everyone enough for this gift.

A huge thank you to everyone who worked to make the Queensmount Fair in the park on Saturday such a great event for both residents and their families and friends. My mother so enjoyed being at the event with the opportunity to watch all the people and to enjoy some refreshments and be out in the sunshine. It was quite an emotional occasion to see Mum outside enjoying herself after a difficult period of illness. Thank you.
