Most important to me are the staff who are excellent, food was good and plentiful. As I had to remain in my room, I cannot comment on other facilities but I was very satisfied with my stay here.

The staff I met, who are looking after my uncle, were absolutely fantastic. So warm and welcoming. They really cared and went out of their way. Their kindness was so touching I can't say how beautiful it was, knowing that he's in such compassionate hands.

I have been very pleased with the care being provided for my dad including everything else concerning Queens Park Care home. My dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer and dementia and despite these problems, he has put on weight since arriving and is very happy there.

It was very hard for my brother in particular, and all the family, to accept that at 57 his best option was to move into a nursing home. However, he settled in successfully, very quickly, which we believe was due to the fantastic care and understanding that has been provided by all the staff after a very difficult and traumatic year for my brother and his daughter. The staff go out of their way to accommodate visits from our very large family and we cannot thank them enough for making our brother’s life more comfortable.
