Westbourne Tower Care Home - Avery Collection

My nan is a resident at Sunrise of Westbourne and she is very well cared for and always seems very happy when I come in to visit her. Recently my mum passed away and all the Sunrise Staff were extremely kind to my nan and me. I always enjoy coming into visit as it's a relaxing place to be and all the staff are lovely.

My friend moved into this beautiful home 3 years ago, the love compassion and specialist Dementia care she received is second to none. It moves me to tears just thinking about the dignity she retained during this difficult time. The staff were always so upbeat and welcoming, I will miss going in there I felt that I was part of the Sunrise family.

I arrived at Sunrise seriously ill, chronic Asthma and Bronchitis. No help had been provided elsewhere. Sunrise too over, knowledgeable and experienced carers. 'The best of hospital treat'. I recommend it's organisation and achievement.

I have never been in a home before, so it felt strange at first. The carers and staff have changed that, they are all wonderful, kind, caring and supportive. I love them all. They are making my short stay very happy. I will miss these lovely people when I leave.

When visiting my relative at Sunrise of Westbourne, I always find the reception staff friendly and courteous.

The rooms are always kept clean and well managed and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sunrise of Westbourne to other friends and relatives.

Both my parents lived here in a large suite. The room was lovely, they had very different care needs and this was catered for.

The staff were superb in their interest and care and he really felt part of a family.

A staff member supported her all day throughout the funeral and wake which made such a difference and allowed me to talk to guests who had come from far and wide. The staff were supportive and professional in all aspect of my mother's care and in communication with me. My mother has settled well and I cannot believe how fantastic they have been! Such a help during this very sad and difficult time.

I can't thank the staff enough for the difference they made to my mum in the last few months of her life. The dignity and respect with which they treat the residents is just amazing and humbling. They are worth their weight in gold.

I have visited the care home on a number of occassions for various events. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. It is like visiting a top class hotel.

Our mother has been a resident at Sunrise for over four years now and we can't stress enough how happy we are with the care she has received. All the staff without exception are kind, helpful, cheerful and very caring towards the residents. We literally can't fault Sunrise of Westbourne on any level. They are expert at what they do and we are most grateful.
