Initially, I was a nurse at a care home in Devon, and then I joined The Wingfield seven years ago. I have worked as a nurse in all the communities here. I was promoted to the Head of our Memory Lane Community, and now I am enjoying my role as Head of Community in our separate building, The Lodge.
