My friend moved in a couple of months ago and I can honestly say, she has had all her needs met. They welcomed her into the Ladymead family. She enjoys the meals and all the entertainment/activities. She is now a much happier, content lady. I would recommend Ladymead to anyone.

“I’ve been working at Ladymead since 2009. My favourite part of my day is arriving at work knowing I will see my work colleagues and of course our lovely residents. I first worked at Ladymead in 1997; leaving in 2000 to bring our children up. Then, after 9 years, an opportunity came up and my old job became available and I was blessed to be employed again, it was like I had never left. This has been the highlight of my career.”
What makes me good at my job is being a happy person who enjoys chatting with our residents, and my extensive kitchen experience. The thing I enjoy most about working in a care home is spending time with our residents. It's a pleasure to build relationships with them and see the smiles on their faces.
I love caring for our residents and making sure their environment is clean and tidy.
I have been a dedicated maintenance professional at Ladymead since 2021, known for my honesty and reliability. I find joy in seeing how my work positively impacts residents, making them happy. Outside of work, I'm an avid cyclist, embracing the freedom and thrill of the open road.
I wanted to work at Ladymead to make a difference in our residents' lives through love and happiness. Being a compassionate person who worries about maintaining respect and dignity for our residents is essential to be good at my role.
