We cannot thank Brandon House Care Home enough for the care they showed to both my dad and our family. The kindness, warmth and humour they showed throughout the six weeks Dad was with them will never be forgotten. Thank you!
Cannot thank everyone enough for the care and attention received, whilst in your care, towards my husband.
My husband was very happy during his stay at Brandon House. His recovery was greatly improved by the good care of friendly, professional and interested staff both medical and domestic who made him feel at home and safe.
There were Christmas crackers, music and a lovely, friendly atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble and we thoroughly enjoyed spending a lovely, festive time with our aunt.
Thank you everyone at Brandon House.
We are really happy with the staff, they are very approachable, friendly. Dad is well looked after, clean and presentable. He is always offered food and drink. We are asked to the get-togethers in the evenings. Find these difficult as we work. We attend the daytime events. We like the was the home decorated for various events. ie. remembrance day, Halloween etc. The three years he has been here he has been looked after really well and is known as Grandad. We find that lovely.
Mum is well cared for, always clean and cared for. Staff are brilliant, work really hard and always happy to assist and answer any questions.
I find Brandon House Care Home's hospitality very good and the assistants are always helpful. Anything you ask of them they always oblige. Cleanliness and the food is very good and the amount of entertainment for the residents is excellent.
My wife is well cared for. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The staff are very happy to talk to you and have smiles on their faces.
They really do care for the residents. They are always trying to find new ways to entertain the residents and I have seen this for myself.
At times, it seems that they are stretched, and there are not enough people around.
I have received calls when something has happened or if something changes. It seems Mum is settled here.
My wife has been a resident in Brandon House Care Home for approximately a month and has settled in really well. She likes the food and particularly likes the pastimes and entertainments mainly organised by the activities team. I like to visit my wife daily and always made to feel welcome. It is a home-from-home.
Happy with the nice care and attention my dad receives.
Mum came here in February. Care excellent. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Activities, always something going on. All care needs catered for. A lovely place.
From the day my Mother joined the residents at Brandon House Care Home she was treated with the upmost respect and dignity. Her room was very homely and overlooked the peaceful gardens. Despite her complex condition nothing was too much trouble. We were always made most welcome on our frequent visits and consulted and continuously updated. We can not praise the staff highly enough for their care and support.
Brandon House has looked after my father on two occasions and both times we have been more than happy with his care. Certain members of staff certainly go above and beyond. Brandon House is also a peaceful and welcoming environment. As a family, we would certainly recommend Brandon House.
My dad was sent by the hospital on a temporary placement. He was a resident for sixteen days and settled very well, mainly because of the superb, friendly staff. Dad particularly enjoyed 'the squirrel' he felt like it was his local and enjoyed a can of beer! There were two dogs he enjoyed which came to work with one of the staff and the sound of ducks and squirrels in the garden. I think Dad will miss Brandon House, as his dementia is progressive I would consider taking Dad back as a resident.
Friendly, caring staff. Well looked after. Excellent food. Overall, excellent.
Thank you all (keep it up).
My friend is very happy with the service. I will visit again. The entertainer is very good also.
Since Mum has been here she seems a lot calmer. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Anything I need to know about Mum, they are always keen to let you know. There is plenty of entertainment for the residents.
