Seeing my sister be happy, the love and support shines, Brandon House is so homely and friendly, it is always enjoyable when visiting. This all has a knock-on effect for myself. I go there with a smile on my face and not a worried frown, everybody makes you welcome. I'm so impressed. If all homes could be like Brandon House, but there is only 1 Brendon House manager.
Brandon House always goes the extra mile for their residents and relatives. Every kind of activity is encouraged and the home is like one big family. You walk in and feel totally relaxed with everything. The care shown by the staff is second to none. Brandon House 'you rock'.
The staff are caring and supportive and the environment is positive.
On the downside, Mum is often left alone in her room and she has mentioned she'd like more staff contact to talk to.
With the warmer summer months coming on, Mum would like the opportunity to visit the garden if the weather is good, using a wheelchair due to frailty. Thanks.
Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am sorry to hear you were not fully satisfied with the level of social support your mum is receiving within the Home. On occasion, your mum does decline to participate and therefore our staff spend time with her if she wishes. We will continue...
I was so grateful to Brandon House on how they dealt with his passing and how they made me feel I will never forget them ever and how they made my brother welcome in their home! Thank you so much Brandon House you are all very special people! Thank you.
Excellent care, provided in the home, able to provide to the residents' needs. The home manager is always visible and interacting with colleagues, residents and relatives. They all should be proud of what they do at Brandon House.
Very pleased with care in this home. Staff are very good and understanding with dad. He is looked after very well.
I am always happy with the care my Mum receives at Brandon House. Staff are extremely kind and caring and always go out of their way to ensure my Mum and us, as visitors are happy and satisfied.
Dad is being well cared for, his needs are being met 24 hours a day.
The nursing home is clean, arranges days out for residents and treats each patient on his/her needs.
Dad is safe, well cared for, well fed and kept clean.
Staff and management very good, always make me feel welcome and ready to have a little chat which is so nice.
Thank you.
The care here with limited life expectancy after nearly 3 months left feeling more or less normal.
Excellent attitude to care, real thoughts about how to involve clients, their wishes and feelings, keeping them stimulated with pet therapy, entertainment, which is varied and good quality. Staff at the home genuinely care about clients and treat with respect, dignity and as an individual.
All the care at Brandon House Care Home has been very good. The staff are very caring, kind, helpful and professional. My husband has been very ill and frail but has remained comfortable and in good spirits thanks to their care.
I would recommend this home to others looking for somewhere for their loved ones to be cared for.
Could not recommend enough.
Always friendly staff. Lots going on. Residents look well looked after, clean and tidy.
The home is very good, comfortable and staff are very good and kind to my dad.
Very helpful always happy staff. Very nice place. My husband is well looked after.
It's great that they take them our and also provide good entertainment.
The staff got to know the residents and their needs which helps to give a more personal feel to your loved one's individual needs.
This certainly helps the family through difficult times.
House for 3 weeks and has settled in very well already. The staff are very caring and obviously interested in engaging with my Mum. They are keen to learn about her past and also the things that interest her. I would highly recommend Brandon House to anyone looking for a care home.
