My mum is currently on a temporary placement at the home and since day one, we have received really good support from the staff. They look after mum really well under difficult circumstances and I have nothing but gratitude and praise for them.

My friend was admitted to The Beaufort Care Home Coventry, on 2nd May 2016. She was met by very kind and caring staff. Taken to her room (very nice) and made comfy in bed. My friend spends her time in bed now but the care and attention she is getting is next to none. When we visit, no matter what time of day, she is always lovely and clean - cleans sheets etc and made very comfortable. The management nursing staff and carers are always ready (no matter how busy they are) to chat about her, telling us about the condition and how she is being medically treated. Every where is spotless and always smells so fresh (no nasty smells at all). All her friends and myself, would like to thank them all so much for the care they are giving to her. God bless them all.

Mum and I were so pleased we chose the Beaufort, as the team gave Dad so much care and attention. The whole team did everything they could to help dad, from cooking up food he liked, coming to chat with him even when he couldn't talk well, to finding thing that would get his interest while he was bed bound. They were also amazingly supportive to Mum and I through what was a hard time for us. Although it is so sad that Dad had now passed away, we both feel he couldn't have been in a better place to spend his last weeks.

Extremely good conditions and service from all the staff. I always have peace of mind knowing that my father is being well looked after. Every time I visit (daily) he looks comfortable and relaxed. Nothing is too much trouble and I'm always kept informed of any changes or developments

Overall Experience

The Beaufort Care home in Coventry is a gracious home set in woodland with beautiful gardens to the rear. The rooms are well spaced with plenty of privacy and all required facilities for residents and visiting family, friends. The staff are professional, compassionate, friendly and so very helpful, always putting the needs of the resident first.

My father came here and was shown so much affection, humour, care and attention that we, as a family were able to function, if that's the right word, as much as possible knowing that my father was being given the very best care at all times. It seemed nothing was too much to ask and the staff were always on hand to talk about different circumstances that arose.

We, as a family, were able to relax and enjoy the time we had with our father as we could see that he was comfortable, happy and kept his sense of humour to the last. The time we were given with our father at the care home was the most precious we could ever have wished for. All the staff were on hand in our time of need to answer questions and give us support.

As a family, we would highly recommend the Beaufort Care Home.
