The Beaufort Care Home

A very good service.

My opinion of this home is very positive. The care provided by staff is very good and everybody appears very caring towards residents. Clean, neat and well maintained.

I have visited my dad here on several occasions. I am happy with the care he is receiving.

The Activities Co-ordinator was very good with the entertainment and the organising of the fete.

Very well organised constant entertainment very enjoyable clients joined in singing and waving arms. There was a good turn out plenty of every thing.

I have heard nothing but praise for The Beaufort Care Home and remain truly happy as is she and that she is well looked after there.

Wonderful day today at The Beaufort Care Home garden party, every enjoyable. The new activities organiser surpassed herself. Singer Wild Bill very entertaining. Strawberries and cream, stalls, tombola, thoroughly nice day. Thanks to all staff and manager.

On Thursday 15th June the staff of the care home organised a mystery outing to Stoneleigh Abbey. My partner was included in this along with the other four residents who need a bit of help as they were all wheelchair cases. We were treated to a wonderful afternoon with wonderful tea cakes etc. It was a very successful day, we enjoyed it. The staff worked so hard and did everything in their power to make the day a success. I cannot praise them enough.

I wasn't very well when I first arrived not knowing what to expect. But with my positive attitude and with the help of everyone here I have achieved my goals. I have been very well cared for, excellent food, the carers, very caring and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this care home to people at their most vulnerable.

I cannot speak too highly of the care my friend received throughout his stay. The care and support he received were excellent. The staff, day and night, treated him with dignity and compassion.

Came to visit a friend and was welcomed to a warm reception. Met the activities coordinator who is very friendly and made us feel at ease.

I feel like the home is very good, the carers are good and thankful the nurses are nice, the management is great. It's a very respectful home and the activities lady is very nice. She does well with the residents.

The food is lovely and good quality all the staff are lovely and helpful. I enjoy doing the activities it is very helpful passing time.

This is truly a home from home. Not only can I rest assured that my husband is so well looked after and feels safe and comfortable, but I am made to feel part of the family whenever I visit.

My brother has been a resident for approximately three months, I have visited on three occasions. On each occasion I have found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. My brother is treated with respect and kindness, despite his sometimes challenging behaviour. I was most impressed with the efforts made on his birthday.

My father has been cared for in The Beaufort Care Home for the last two months. The staff are very caring and accommodating. The atmosphere is friendly but also professional. The staff organised a birthday party for my father which was so kind and we all very much enjoyed it.

Since I've been here I've regained my appetite and my co-ordination skills are improving.

My husband was taken ill and admitted to hospital on 31st December 2016. Two weeks later he was medically fit and ready for discharge. A place had to be found in a nursing home as he required 24-hour care. At very short notice, The Beaufort Care Home agreed to take him. He had been ill for a few years and at the age of 95, I really don't think he had the will to keep going. At The Beaufort Care Home, nothing was too much trouble all the nurses and health care workers were wonderful - unfortunately, he died after only 2 weeks but it was a very good choice.
