In my experience of the service at The Beaufort is second to none. The service here has been absolutely fantastic. For instance, on my father's 80th birthday the event coordinator organised a cake, a card, a present and decorations for my father's birthday. It was absolutely fantastic and it was great to see my dad smiling throughout the day.

Grandad turned 97 and the home arranged a tea party for 15 family members. Grandad had been showered and dressed and brought downstairs to spend a lovely afternoon eating sandwiches and cakes with us. They also made him a birthday cake and could not do enough for us. Thank you so much for helping us make some more precious memories.

Every time I visit my great-grandad I always feel very welcome, it's always a warm and friendly environment. Within the 18 months that my great-grandad has been here, the staff have offered and organised the birthday parties for the family for him. Both occasions have been outstanding and my family and I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for the family and my grandad.

All we have is praise for all the staff. Dad is really contented and happy here. The staff are really busy and caring but still find time to have a chat with visiting family. At the moment, we are at our Dad's birthday party organised by the staff. They always go that 'extra mile'. Special thanks to the entertainments organiser.

I attended my great-grandad's birthday at this care home. The staff went about and beyond to accommodate us all. They allowed us to use the dining room so we could all be together as well as decorating the tables and providing refreshments. The staff ensured my great-grandad had the best day he could with his family and I am extremely grateful. The day was a complete success and wouldn't have been possible without their amazing help.
