I am quite happy with all the carers but I think someone should be around during breaks. Activities are very good. They get to go out for meals and a drink. Also, they usually have things going on in the home which they all enjoy.

All the staff are kind and caring, lots of activities going on, trips and games. The care home has a lovely atmosphere but seems very dull and dark, needs more light. The staff are always helpful.

When I come to The Beaufort Care Home I feel nothing but welcome, it's a really friendly place. All the staff are amazing and do a good job of looking after my nan. I love to see all the residents in the living room watching telly and drinking their tea. I would like to come here if I ever needed help. It's a home from home. I love you!

The staff are always very helpful and friendly towards family and my mother-in-law. She is staying in bed all the time but thank goodness she has no sign of bed sores. She is regularly turned and washed by the carers at the home. She has no appetite at all but they do their best to encourage her to eat.

My Grandmother has been at The Beaufort since May. She has been very well cared for. As a family we have been very impressed with the staff, nothing is too much trouble. She was previously neglected in another care home, so we were worried, we needn't have been.
