During lockdown, the care of my nan has been exceptional. The team have worked so hard for us to keep contact throughout, working extra hours during this difficult time. Contact with family is so important for my nan's mental health so the fact that a clear line of communication has been maintained has been great.
Thank you for your comments about The Beaufort Care Home. It's lovely to hear that the care for your nan has been exceptional. I will make sure to pass your wonderful comments to the staff team and management.
What a fabulous place! My father is very poorly and they went all out for his birthday, fabulous staff. We had a buffet, cake, balloons. All done by the home without request. Such amazing people! Activity coordinator is probably one of the most amazing people I've ever met in my life! We will remain friends forever.
Thank you for your lovely comments about the Beaufort Care home. It is great to hear that you managed to enjoy your fathers birthday party and that the home went above and beyond to support this event. I will pass your amazing comments to the staff team

So welcoming and friendly. Thoughtful laid on a sandwich buffet and made an amazing chocolate and strawberry birthday cake for my ex-husband on his 73rd Birthday. Highly recommend.

Staff showed care and compassion to mum over the two years she lived at Beaufort but in particular, the last five days of mum's life were such a difficult time but helped by the wonderful staff who cared for mum and supported her family.
Thank you all.

My sister is totally dependent on nursing and personal care. On her birthday this month, she was brought down into the lounge to join others attending some entertainment. The staff gave her a present, sang 'happy birthday' and took photos which were later emailed to me.
Found it to be very nice. Staff very helpful and caring. Food always hot and fresh.

It really feels that your loved one is living int heir own home still but receiving the best possible care from a dedicated team. We can never thank them enough for everything they did for my mum. I would just like to say The Beaufort Care Home is an excellent home. The staff and carers couldn't do more to make my husband more comfortable than they do. The food is excellent and my husband eats everything he is given. My dad spent a few weeks at Beaufort before he died peacefully. He was happy and content and this helped the family to deal with this. All the staff were lovely and caring and made the time to speak to my dad and get to know him and the family. Care staff, cleaners/nurses maintenance all the staff who were involved, the activities coordinator also kept us updated with my dads day often sending photos of dad enjoying the activities and involving residents chatting having tea and coffee and encouraging to socialise. Also helping families of residents.
