Parklands Court ensures that 24-hour assistance is available for all residents. Nursing and residential dementia care is offered, in addition to Parkinson's, palliative, respite and convalescence care.

Situated in a pleasant suburb of Bloxwich, close to all local amenities and bus stops, Parklands consists of six individual buildings each offering a high standard of care and accommodation. The home is surrounded by large landscaped gardens with furnished patio areas and a sensory garden, providing the perfect setting to relax or socialise. Residents have access to a Memory Box, reminiscence sessions and an optician, and Wifi hotspots are available within the home. A hairdresser and a cafe specially designed for residents with dementia are also available.

Whether it is a hot or cold meal residents enjoy, their tastes are catered for at Parklands. By using seasonal produce, the home guarantees an exciting and changeable menu to ensure residents receive the nutritious food they need.

Care assistants are active in engaging residents in hobbies or pastimes that they enjoy such as gardening to keep both mind and body stimulated and active. Monthly celebrations such as Mother’s day and Christmas are a highlight of the home’s busy calendar.

There has been a big improvement since the new manager arrived and excellent service is provided by all the staff. Food could be a bit more colourful but overall excellent.

In our experience here, we have been provided with helpful and friendly service from all members of staff. We have no complaints about anything that has happened during my uncles stay here. There are very helpful services like a chiropodist wich makes things easier.

My husband and I are happy with the care given. The home appears clean and orderly, it also presents a homely atmosphere.
Staff are very caring and attentive to the residents, they are responsive within the time available.
As a relative I find the staff approachable, they will listen to any complaints
you may have and they will empathise. Given the demands of the residents being dementia residents, the staff are very patient and diligent. The staff are excellent, but rushed. Therefore more staff are needed. There is now a unit manager who tries to address our concerns and issues, he is very approachable and understanding.

My mom came into Parklands Court in July. I never wanted to put my mom in a home but she was very ill due to having a stroke. They have been very good to my mom. They do not hide anything, you can come into the home whenever you want to, they are very nice to you. They make you feel at home and when
I leave my mom I know she is safe with them, so I can go home and rest. If anybody asked me about Parklands Court I would say it is a very good home and they have looked after my mom.

My Mum has been very well looked after during her stay. I find the staff very helpful and sympathetic at all times when I have visited. Living in Newcastle, I often phone to check on her wellbeing. I am always given comfort in the way my mother is doing.

this care home is a stop gap before my mother returns home. During her stay, all the staff have been very caring and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The home is very clean and a happy, friendly environment. I would recommend it to anyone looking to place a family member. My mother's well
being has improved more here in 2 weeks than elsewhere. Thanks to all the staff.

My mother was sent to ' Parklands Court Care Home' from hospital. Some of the care was physio and was not always available for her but overall the staff and care was very good. As a family, we all feel Mum was safe and cared for when she was there.

Very kind, caring staff - from top to cleaners, handy man etc. A suitable room. I was welcomed every day, offered a drink etc. I could always find some one to answer any questions. Good lounge area and quiet, pretty garden (always requiring even more time and money).
