We moved our Mother/Mother in Law to Lavender Court in March this year. We notice on our visits that she is always clean and presentable, which is nice to see. I think the staff, on the whole, do a good job considering the circumstances, but sometimes they could do with more staff. A pleasant environment
for most residents.

Lavender Court is an excellent choice for our loved one. The manager and care staff/nurses, etc. are professional, caring and respectful at all times. The manager takes time out to explain and discuss our loved one's needs.
Our loved one has dementia and can be very difficult/trying at times but staff
have patience and allow them time to process what is happening. All in all, excellent service provided.

The home is very clean with high standards. The meals are very nice. Staff make visitors feel very welcome, they always offer tea or coffee to us. They have been very good to my mum since she arrived here, she looks so well now. So glad she's at this home.

My mother has been in care homes for the past three years and Lavender Court is by far the best care she has received. The home is clean and pleasant, the staff are always kind and considerate. Mom is always spotlessly clean and comfortable.

The home is clean and well cared for and activities are provided. The staff here are excellent, very kind, caring and cheerful. The support from the staff and management for both my husband and the family were very good. If needed, extra support e.g. Doctors, specialist nurses, Ct's etc, was sorted
very quickly. My husband was well looked after here.

Since my mother has moved to this home she has shown signs of improvement. She spoke on the day she arrived after not speaking for nearly a year since her stroke. All staff are so kind and caring and treat Mum like a valued human being. Mum can sense this. The room is clean and fresh. Staff are responsive
to any questions we have, but most of all we have peace of mind that Mum is being loved and cared for.

I visit the care home every day. I am always welcomed by the staff, not only that, they even ask me if I want a cup of tea, coffee or cold drink. My wife's room is always clean. They provide the required service to my wife regularly as she is fully dependent on the staff. She is unable to communicate.
I am very pleased with the service they are providing. Care home gives me peace of mind my wife is in safe hands.

I have seen major improvements since the change of ownership. The whole environment has changed for the good. I am always welcomed when visiting my relative. The matron is very friendly and approachable so it is very easy to raise any concerns with the management. I am now kept informed about any
issues with my relative and what is being done to sort them out.

It was hard to face knowing my dad needed to be placed into a care home but the transition was made so easily thanks to the management and staff. The care that my dad is receiving is second to none. The home is clean, pleasant and bright. The food looks amazing. I can honestly say I do not class the
staff (from cleaners to management) as people that care for my dad, they are more like my friends. I am so glad as a family, we chose this care home.

Home is very clean and has a nurturing environment. The manager is extremely helpful and willing to support relatives to make changes that will benefit their loved ones. I would recommend this home, although there is still work to do. The management team is determined to push through improvements. Staff

I must say how lovely it is to walk into this care home and be welcomed with smiles and hello's by all the staff. My relative appears to be well cared for and happy at this home. Any suggestions or questions I ask are always answered by carers and the nursing team and I regularly meet with care home
managers who are very welcoming, approachable and discuss my relative's needs and keep me updated with any issues, special needs and extra care measures that may be required. I must say I always feel that when I leave my relative that he is in good hands with nursing and carers looking after him. My children notice that the care home does not smell and that the staff always welcome them when they visit. The care home has undergone a recent change of ownership and I must say these changes are definitely making a positive impact on the care given to my father and other residents. Well done - keep up the good work in caring for these lovely characters who need specialist nursing care.
