An absolutely fantastic environment with caring and courteous staff. I have so much respect for the staff of Lavender Court and I appreciate the way they have welcomed my grandfather into their family. My grandfather is regularly fed and changed. We struggled for 5 years and wish we knew about Lavender

We have been very happy with the care Dad has received here. He has now been here for six weeks and is very settled and well cared for. All the staff are always very helpful and friendly. They always kepe me updated if there are any issues with Dad.

It has been 16 months since I last offered my views of Lavender Court, my father has resided there since November 2017.
We have seen many positive changes it has been completely transformed into a pleasant and comfortable environment, the outside kerb appeal has also been improved considerably.
The
home retains its staff which is most reassuring and a regular review of my fathers Care Plan with me has been implemented this year. The staff are lovely and always very welcoming, they approach my father with dignity and respect.
I must say, my father is always very smart and his personal care is of a high standard. His room is spotlessly clean and so is the rest of the home.
The food that my father is offered is varied, oral fluid intake is visibly a high priority.
The Family Meetings have been a pleasant opportunity to meet other relatives and friends along with the regular social gatherings.
My father is very happy in Lavender Court and that in turn allows us to get on with our lives.

We moved our Mother/Mother in Law to Lavender Court in March this year. We notice on our visits that she is always clean and presentable, which is nice to see. I think the staff, on the whole, do a good job considering the circumstances, but sometimes they could do with more staff. A pleasant environment

Lavender Court is an excellent choice for our loved one. The manager and care staff/nurses, etc. are professional, caring and respectful at all times. The manager takes time out to explain and discuss our loved one's needs.
Our loved one has dementia and can be very difficult/trying at times but staff
have patience and allow them time to process what is happening. All in all, excellent service provided.

The home is clean and well cared for and activities are provided. The staff here are excellent, very kind, caring and cheerful. The support from the staff and management for both my husband and the family were very good. If needed, extra support e.g. Doctors, specialist nurses, Ct's etc, was sorted

Since my mother has moved to this home she has shown signs of improvement. She spoke on the day she arrived after not speaking for nearly a year since her stroke. All staff are so kind and caring and treat Mum like a valued human being. Mum can sense this. The room is clean and fresh. Staff are responsive
to any questions we have, but most of all we have peace of mind that Mum is being loved and cared for.

I visit the care home every day. I am always welcomed by the staff, not only that, they even ask me if I want a cup of tea, coffee or cold drink. My wife's room is always clean. They provide the required service to my wife regularly as she is fully dependent on the staff. She is unable to communicate.
I am very pleased with the service they are providing. Care home gives me peace of mind my wife is in safe hands.

I have seen major improvements since the change of ownership. The whole environment has changed for the good. I am always welcomed when visiting my relative. The matron is very friendly and approachable so it is very easy to raise any concerns with the management. I am now kept informed about any
issues with my relative and what is being done to sort them out.
