Since being at Lavender Court, Dad’s been happy and very contented. He talks about being well looked after and has never complained. As a family, we’re also pleased with his progress. There appears to be a good level of service and supervision by the staff. They keep us informed. The main drawback is not being able to visit him, but this is due to the Covid-19 restrictions, which we hope will change soon. We can’t comment on the facilities, activities or the rooms, as we’ve not been able to see them at present.
I'm very happy for my mother to be at Lavender Court as l know that she is very well looked after. The staff communication is very good, they keep me up to date with what is going on in regards to my mother's care needs.

My mom always looks lovely and clean and the staff always ring us when anything concerning her happens, such as a doctors visit or a change in medication. This is a very good care home and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a place for a loved one.
They always keep me updated on any changes to my mother's needs however small.
The care home is clean and well maintained and run by very efficient management and staff.

I can’t thank the staff enough for all the support and care they have given my mom and myself. The manager and staff are welcoming and always helpful. The meals are always well presented and nutritional. They have fun days for residents and family ie Easter bonnets, Christmas parties, Halloween and many more. I would highly recommend.
My overall impression of the home is the staff attitude toward residents which is 1st class. The management team are most helpful and the whole team have a very apparent good relationship with each other which helps the overall running of the home. Friendly and helpful, also welcoming.

Just to say that all staff are excellent, there is nothing too great for them to do. They have helped my father settle in very well.

The home retains its staff which is most reassuring and a regular review of my fathers Care Plan with me has been implemented this year. The staff are lovely and always very welcoming, they approach my father with dignity and respect.
I must say, my father is always very smart and his personal care is of a high standard. His room is spotlessly clean and so is the rest of the home.
The food that my father is offered is varied, oral fluid intake is visibly a high priority.
The Family Meetings have been a pleasant opportunity to meet other relatives and friends along with the regular social gatherings.
My father is very happy in Lavender Court and that in turn allows us to get on with our lives.
Thanks a lot for your comments and we will continue to improve the standard of care provided.

Our loved one has dementia and can be very difficult/trying at times but staff have patience and allow them time to process what is happening. All in all, excellent service provided.
The home is very clean with high standards. The meals are very nice. Staff make visitors feel very welcome, they always offer tea or coffee to us. They have been very good to my mum since she arrived here, she looks so well now. So glad she's at this home.

The staff are very friendly and professional. We were worried that our mother wouldn't settle in a nursing home but the staff have helped her settle in really well. Our mum is well looked after and cared for.
