When my husband arrived he and our family were made very welcome. We are always treated with courtesy and respect. The family are always 'kept in the picture' regarding his health. He always speaks very highly of all the staff.

When I visit the care home it is always very clean and welcoming. The staff are always kind and considerate to me. When I visit my partner he is always happy, clean and dressed. I am very happy with the way he gets looked after. Thank you.

Since my father has been here, I have found the standard of care as excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous. The home is always spotless and warm. The variety of food is cast and looks great.

The staff are always welcoming. The kitchen staff come and ask what Mom likes for her meals and what her favourite foods are. Anything I ask re: medications etc are dealt with in a very professional way and if I have any problem they are quickly dealt with.

Very pleased with his care. Well informed if there is a problem, staff are very friendly and polite. Staff have got a lot of patience with my uncle as he can be a bit trying. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Very happy with the care that my uncle receives, would highly recommend

Lavender Court is always very welcoming. The staff are all lovely and the residents always seem happy and comfortable. The place is always spotless and I couldn't fault the care my family member receives.

My mom moved into Lavender Court in January and was welcomed with open arms. When we speak to her on a video call we can see how happy she is as she is always smiling and laughing. She enjoys doing the art activities and is always chatting to the staff who look after her.

I am very pleased with the care given to my mother, who has dementia, at Lavender Court and has been a resident there for two years now. The staff are always friendly and helpful and always keep me informed of my mother's health and needs. This is the fourth care home that my mother has lived in and
by far the best, for her.

Since being at Lavender Court, Dad’s been happy and very contented. He talks about being well looked after and has never complained. As a family, we’re also pleased with his progress. There appears to be a good level of service and supervision by the staff. They keep us informed. The main drawback is
not being able to visit him, but this is due to the Covid-19 restrictions, which we hope will change soon. We can’t comment on the facilities, activities or the rooms, as we’ve not been able to see them at present.

The care given to my mother is excellent, a big thank you to all the staff.

My mom came to live here in January 2020, she has dementia and could no longer manage without full-time care. I feel my mom is getting very good care here. The facilities are good and the place is very clean, her room is a good size and is on the ground floor with a toilet.
My mom always looks lovely
and clean and the staff always ring us when anything concerning her happens, such as a doctors visit or a change in medication. This is a very good care home and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a place for a loved one.

I have always found everyone at Lavender Court to be very helpful when contacted with regards to my sister. They always get in touch regarding any medical problems and keep me informed as to the outcome.
Although this is a very upsetting time for everyone when I have visited all the staff are friendly
with smiles on their faces and always ready to help with any questions I have.
I am happy with my sister being there.

My mom has vascular Dementia. Mom has been a resident of Lavender Court Nursing and Care Home for 2 years. I can’t thank the staff enough for all the support and care they have given my mom and myself. The manager and staff are welcoming and always helpful. The meals are always well presented and nutritional.
They have fun days for residents and family ie Easter bonnets, Christmas parties, Halloween and many more. I would highly recommend.

My overall impression of the home is the staff attitude toward residents which is 1st class. The management team are most helpful and the whole team have a very apparent good relationship with each other which helps the overall running of the home. Friendly and helpful, also welcoming.
