Mom has settled in well in Lavender Court. She seems happy when family have visited. Mom is always clean and well kept. Staff keeps fairly well informed with all aspects of Mom's health and well being.

The care home provides very good care for my father. He doesn't speak much but the carers who speak Punjabi do frequently try and speak to my dad in Punjabi to encourage him to speak. Been tough not having him at home but he is at the best possible place.

My nan Edna had been here since 2020. She became poorly and was at end of life up until she passed away yesterday. When I say this home goes above and beyond it goes without saying. This place is one big family and I felt very special to be a part of it. All the residents have Dementia and if they think
they’re working, or own the place anything the staff play along, nothing is too much for them. I really will miss Lavender Court and every person in there. A massive thank you to all the staff/carers but all of you are fab and really look after the residents. Dementia is a cruel disease but to know your loved ones, safe to be able to be who they are makes all the difference for us at home. I will be forever grateful to Lavender Court for loving my nan you lot are just one of a kind.

I have no concerns regarding the care of my mum-in-law in Lavender Court for the last three years. The staff are always polite and respectful. My mum is kept clean and dignified 24/7.

I have visited three times and each time I have been impressed with the cleanliness (no odours) and friendliness of the staff. They all seem to want to do their best for residents and visitors alike.

My mom was only in Lavender Court for a few short weeks. My family and I were impressed by the care, support and professionalism of the staff. During her last few days, the care shown to my mom and myself was nothing but kind and compassionate. Thank you to all of the team at Lavender Court.

My mom is in Lavender Court and has been there for nearly 3 years. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and show nothing but kindness, love and care to the residents.
Mom is always clean, and she looks well cared for, Mom has dementia and though she doesn't know us, she shows great affection
to the staff and says she loves them all. Mom's room is clean and tidy, and the home itself is clean and tidy. There is plenty to do, to help residents lead as full a life as possible. The home telephones you straight away with any concerns regarding Mom and I find this a great comfort.

Lavender Court is a lovely place for my mum. The staff are friendly, the food is amazing and caters for Mum's needs. The BBQ was fantastic and a good way to meet other residents and their families. Nurses are always there to help. Carers are wonderful. Food is amazing, what's not to like!

On first entering this home, we were overwhelmed by how friendly and caring all the staff are, right from the manager down to the people who work in the kitchen, we are looked after as much as the resident. The care here is marvellous. After being here for almost a month, we would love the resident
to stop here. The home is clean, smells fresh all the time, and so far, we have not encountered any problems. Excellent care.

Placing Dad in care was one of the hardest decisions I've ever made, however, Dad is looked after and safe at Lavender Court. There is always plenty of staff on hand and Dad seems well settled, although due to his illness, he will always want to return home to be with his wife, who is also ill so unable
to look after him. We're looking forward to the summer family event-what a lovely idea, thank you!

Very satisfied with the care home. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Mom is always clean and tidy and they treat her with dignity. They inform us right away if a problem arises. She seems settled. The home is always very clean and tidy.

My wife came to the home in November 2022 and since her arrival at Lavender Court, I have been very impressed with the care, support and professionalism of the staff. The home is well-run and comfortable and the only minor criticism is that some areas could do with a lick of paint.

I am very happy with the care my nan is receiving here. she has only been here for a few weeks but I am very happy with the care and attention provided. She is settling in well and mixing with other residents. The nurses and other staff show her respect and dignity with her dementia and help when asked.
I am happy she is at Lavender Court.

When my husband arrived he and our family were made very welcome. We are always treated with courtesy and respect. The family are always 'kept in the picture' regarding his health. He always speaks very highly of all the staff.
