A wonderful nursing home for my father. He was cared for with dignity and kindness. Every member of staff always had a smile when we walked in. Nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend the home highly enough.

I have been a temporary resident here for the last four weeks, to recover from a broken back and elbow following 2 falls. I have been looked after so well, all the staff without exception have been caring, thoughtful, friendly and totally professional. I have been extremely happy here and have thoroughly
enjoyed my time here. I cannot fault anything. I can think of no better place to recover and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you to everyone.

My aunt was treated with dignity in the last few days. She had been a resident for 5 years and in all that time we never had any worries about her care. Grosvenor House is always exceptionally clean, and nothing is too much trouble for either residents or family.

We placed dad into safeguarding with Grosvenor. Mum was exceptionally cared for 4 years ago. Its a hard decision many negative things get said in general about homes, they stick, leaving precious loved ones in care hard call. Grosvenor GET it they understand it isn't forced it feels natural nothing
is too much trouble they go the extra mile always 24/7. Nursing attention 100%, staff, chef, everyone gets it. Dad was poorly their GP called to explain & we spoke in person with nurse present when dad declined the emergency GP came the attention care received would not have happened outside this home. To place your loved one in care isnt a choice we specifically choose what I would specifically choose is Grosvenor 100% no doubt at all, caring trustworthy kind lovely attentive and professional thank you isn't good enough but huge thank you for your kindness and care given to dad thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts we would have been so lost without you we truly would xxx
