Seeing the care, and attention shown as incredible my own father was in and out for rest bite, in various facilities and I can honestly none of them were anywhere near the standard of Grosvenor House

The care + compassion shown to my father + to myself since he came to Grosvenor House is beyond anything we had hoped for.

His room is beautiful, he himself is kept groomed + in smart clothes, the staff are lovely to him + us; and despite turning up at irregular times due to my shifts I always find him being occupied with either his dinner, TV or in the communal room with others.

All the staff at Grosvenor House were exceptional, showing compassion and sensitivity to both my wife and our wider family. We were particularly touched to see someone sitting with my wife when we arrived, holding her hand and comforting her as she was deteriorating. Two members of staff in particular, joined us when my wife received last rights, saying prayers with us and supporting us.

We cannot thank them enough for their exceptional care, nothing was too much and it has made our loss easier to bear, knowing how brilliantly she was cared for.

Grosvenor House is a beautiful place; a clean, calm environment where staff could not have done anymore for our mother.
Staff were compassionate, caring and attentive to mums needs as well as ours.

Mum was allowed to live her last days in this peaceful home with staff who supported her family during her last hours, even praying with us at the end. Thank you all for your professionalism & care.

As a family, we are so grateful for the compassionate care my 99-year-old mother recently received at Grosvenor House Care Home, in her final week of life. The staff treated her with dignity, kindness, and warmth, ensuring she was always comfortable.
They also supported our family with understanding and reassurance during a very difficult time. We are so grateful that her final week of life was in such a welcoming and caring environment.

We will always appreciate the care and humanity they showed, not just to our mother but our family too. We cannot recommend Grosvenor House highly enough - Truly exceptional.

After a very difficult month in hospital, we were so glad to move dad to Grosvenor House. We rang on a bank holiday Monday, not expecting a response that day, but the manager rang the hospital and arranged a smooth transition for the following day. Dad was only at Grosvenor House for 3 weeks but it was obvious from the start that he was very well looked after. All of the staff are lovely. I can't thank them enough for how well they kept dad comfortable in his final weeks.

My mum was at Grosvenor for 4 1/2 months and the care, respect and medical attention I couldn't have asked for more. From the moment mum entered the home she received the upmost respect, as a daughter going through the whole experience I have had support, I have had politeness, happiness and care myself. I was even told 'be a daughter again, we'll do the caring for you', it felt like a weight had been lifted. Even at the end, upmost respect to mum.
