The home was so clean and bright and very welcoming. Thank you for making, the last days of his life so comfortable and dignified.

From the moment my father-in-law came into the care home to the moment he passed, they have been absolutely phenomenal. They cared for him as you would a member of their own family. Caring, compassionate and absolutely outstanding. The facilities are really clean and spacious. Every aspect is five stars. Thank you for looking after my father-in-law.

I was sceptical about my dad going into a nursing home. When I arrived I was amazed at how welcoming and clean the home is. The facilities are superb. I would highly recommend this home. They are caring and friendly.

I am a friend and ask the staff how she is doing there best for her and all good things also they do. We are happy what's being done for her. You cannot do any more than you are.

The staff are amazing so friendly and inviting my father-in-law is so happy here. I love talking to the other residents. There is such a nice atmosphere here. I love coming here.

Dad entered Grosvenor House in August 2023 after a five month hospital stay. It took a few weeks to settle in, but the staff made him so welcome. Dad asked for more curries and spicy food, and the staff duly delivered. The home provided plenty of entertainment, including live singers, which Dad enjoyed. Sadly, Dad became more ill over the last month or so, and the care provided as he declined was superb, and in the last few days the end of life care was fantastic. It's a shame he couldn't have benefitted from the home for longer.

My relative is very happy at this home. He really enjoys his food, and the people who look after him are very caring.

My father has always said he will never leave his house that was built to his spec. But when he had his 100th birthday, which Dad organised for 200 people - a great day was had by all. Dad then agreed to go into a home. We were all a little worried, but when he arrived, Dad told us this home was just fantastic - perfect staff, food, room, and I want for nothing. So now the whole family are very happy.

Mum only spent a short time at Grosvenor House, but her last days were spent in lovely surroundings with very caring staff. We cannot thank everyone at Grosvenor House enough for all their support and care and making Mum comfortable in her final days.

My aunty is very happy and well looked after. She loves getting her hair done and really enjoys the live entertainment. Staff are lovely, friendly and always offer refreshments. An overall lovely, clean, friendly home.

My Father is respected and well looked after. The home is comfortable, warm and clean and pleasant to be in. The staff are wonderful, caring and lovely people. My dad seems happy with his room, the routine and the friendly nature of his care.

Auntie has been in Grosvenor House for a couple of years and when we visit the house is always clean and never smells. The staff are always so polite and helpful, offering tea/coffee when we arrive, couldn't want for more.
