Willow Brook Care Home delivers Nursing and Residential care for adults in a well presented and friendly environment. Across the home there are 49 bedrooms, all offering en suite facilities, as well as great living areas including a dining room, lounge and a peaceful garden outside too.

As well as being highly experienced and undergoing regular training, above all the team are kind and welcoming, working hard to create a home that is inclusive and somewhere residents enjoy living. They also work hard to keep residents engaged and active. I am settled and happy in Willow Brook Care Home. I get on well with the residents and care staff. I am very well looked after and nothing is too much trouble. The meals are excellent and the kitchen staff are friendly. I enjoy taking part in the activities. There is a very homely feel here.

We selected Willow Brook when my wife was discharged from hospital in June 2021. Since June 2022, the management was replaced by senior staff and conditions have vastly improved in all aspects and my wife is happy despite her health deteriorating.

My aunt has been in this care home for almost three years now. I have never had a reason to question or complain. She seems very happy on each visit and always clean and tidy. The food is good and they always make sure she eats, even if not at the table. The same regular staff are reassuring for myself
and always appears to be a calm environment.

A warm welcome upon arrival from everybody. The care and support given to me every day by all members of staff is wonderful - I can't praise them enough. There is one added bonus, this being laughter, which lightens everyone's day - particularly my days here.

Willow Brook has been an excellent location for Mum. Apart from being so close to family, it has proved to be an excellent place for Mum to live the remainder of her days (she will be 94 next month). Despite the constraints of covid, the staff at this home have helped to facilitate contact with Mum
3-times per week on Zoom and garden visits when they were able. Very happy with the environment and caring staff at Willow Brook.

During these very difficult times, staff have managed to keep Mum safe and well. When she was in isolation, they ensured regular updates and contact. At a time when everyone has been stressed and worried, they have attempted to keek the family informed and have managed Mum's (often challenging) needs.

This is an excellent home; nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They are so very kind all of the time, and they treat the residents with such care and consideration.
The home is very well run, and the residents have total choice over where they want to eat and what they want to join in with.

Mum has really enjoyed her two periods of respite. She feels very comfortable, safe and at home. The staff are friendly and welcoming and treat her with respect and dignity. She enjoys the activities (crafts) and the trip out she had. She would move in if that were possible.
