Willow Brook Care Home delivers Nursing and Residential care for adults in a well presented and friendly environment. Across the home there are 49 bedrooms, all offering en suite facilities, as well as great living areas including a dining room, lounge and a peaceful garden outside too.

As well as being highly experienced and undergoing regular training, above all the team are kind and welcoming, working hard to create a home that is inclusive and somewhere residents enjoy living. My mum has been resident here for 15 months and I have been very satisfied with the care and attention she has received. All the staff are very caring and proactive with any issues that arise. It is an excellent home and I know my mum is always clean and dressed whenever I visit knowing she is well

My husband was looked after extremely well while I had a weeks respite. He had several baths which he enjoyed and was smiling when I collected him. He has high needs and I know too well how time-consuming his care can be. I was well pleased with the way the staff handled him and spoke to him.

The staff are very helpful and caring always willing to help.
The place could do with a lick of paint and new carpet in the lounge. Residents spend a lot of time alone, could do with a little conversation from staff.

I am happy to share that we have recently employed a designated Wellbeing Activities Coach, whose position is to ensure there is a greater dedication to activities within the Home for all our Residents. I cannot thank the staff enough for making Mum's final months comfortable and dignified. The staff were extremely efficient at picking up on, and recognising when Mum wasn't well and the Doctor arrived very quickly to review Mum's treatment. Thank you for taking such good care of my Mum.

Having experienced 3 care homes where parents and in-laws resided, I can say with some certainty that what makes a care home an excellent care home is down to one factor - The staff. The staff at Willow Brook Care Home are excellent. Quite possibly during a stay, the resident will have concerns and
we were no different. What was different about Willow Brook Care Home is that those concerns were sorted out immediately and mum confirmed that to be the case. Our experience in another home showed that the staff at Willow Brook Care Home really care about the residents' wellbeing. Not all care homes are the same. Judge the staff, not the décor.

All staff treat my father with dignity. Communication is excellent, staff are approachable and friendly. Food is good for what client is given. Never had a problem with Willow Brook Care Home. I live so far away and when I ring to see how my father is they always have time to talk to me and tell me
of any changes. An excellent care home.

Excellent residence. Very friendly management and staff, my mother says everyone is lovely to her. This place is kept very clean, plenty of staff who are all kind and caring. My mum loves the food and I have seen that it is very substantial and healthy with fresh food prepared. Many activities to integrate
and stimulate the residents. Lovely Christmas party today. Well done to all the management and staff. Thank you.

Highly recommended! Brilliant staff, my Gran is very happy here. She has complex needs and she as complete care here. She always appears to be in high spirits when I visit, despite her health problems.
Facilities are lovely and classy, food is also of high quality.
Couldn't recommend this place enough.
It's been endless peace of mind.
