Willow Brook Care Home delivers Nursing and Residential care for adults in a well presented and friendly environment. Across the home there are 49 bedrooms, all offering en suite facilities, as well as great living areas including a dining room, lounge and a peaceful garden outside too.

As well as being highly experienced and undergoing regular training, above all the team are kind and welcoming, working hard to create a home that is inclusive and somewhere residents enjoy living. They also work hard to keep residents engaged and active. I have found my experience here really good. The staff are excellent. The care I am receiving is great. The food and drink is lovely, the care home is really clean and I feel very safe and secure here.
I enjoy the activities here, they are very fun. I love the rooms, the overall standard of this care
home is excellent. I feel I am treated with respect and dignity and I would definitely recommend this care provided if family need it.

I visited with a view to placing my aunt into care. I could not be happier, this home is outstanding in every aspect. Lovely staff, good catering, comfortable rooms and nothing is too much trouble. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We never saw any activities, however, we were shown photographs of residents taking part in various activities. With regard to food, we were never allowed to accompany our parent at mealtimes so we can not comment on the standard of food. The rooms, where comfortable.
Staff were pleasant but very few.
Residents often left unattended. Management talked a good talk. Standard, in my opinion, was only just average.

At HC-One, we have a robust well-being activity programme, where Residents are involved in the planning to ensure all activities are Resident led. We are pleased that you had the opportunity to view a variety of activities that Residents had recently enjoyed. We have protected mealtimes and acknowledge that a good dining experience for Residents may include their families, who are more than welcome to join their loved ones. We do understand that staff may not always be visible, but we wish for all Residents to have the kindest care that can be offered and this also includes Residents that require assistance in the privacy of their own rooms.

The staff at Willow Brook Care Home are caring, friendly, polite and helpful. Particularly the manager who goes above and beyond for the residents. They have a range of food choices to suit everybody including Sunday roasts, attending to all dietary requirements. Willow Brook Care Home offers so many
activities such as cards, crafts and regular outings. I felt content that my mother was under Willow Brook Care Home and I'm truly thankful.

As therapy visitors with our Greyhound Storm, we have visited the home for about 5 years. We are always made welcome by the staff, and especially Jessie, the Springer Spaniel who is calm, friendly and accompanies her owner to work. We have a connection with the home as, back in the '90s, my mum ended
her days there; the staff are equally caring now as they were then. Dogs are a delightful addition to the care home's atmosphere, with the residents seeming to become more outgoing and happy in Storm's presence.

I find the care home is well run, all staff appear to be well trained and have a very caring manner. The site is well maintained and always clean and tidy. Any issues we have are always dealt with by staff/management in a timely manner.

We attended a Summer Fete at the home recently and it was excellent, despite the weather. The food served was great- the curry in particular (they must have a great chef).
The staff at the home are fantastic- caring and professional and we're glad our mother and brother-in-law are in their care. We
always get a great welcome from the staff, including Jessica the spaniel when she is around and it is clear that the management work hard to give the home a family feel.

Our recent experience with this care home has been one of pleasant, caring and encouraging support for ourselves and our family during the final days of my brother's end of life care. He was treated with dignity and respect throughout his time there. Nothing was too much trouble from the management
and staff who gave him and ourselves every consideration at this very difficult time for us all.
He was always kept very clean, and the friendly staff did try very hard to encourage him with food, drink etc.
Once more many thanks to all staff involved for the care and support given to my brother and ourselves.
