We have always found the staff so caring to the residents, friendly and welcoming to the family and visitors. They have helped my mother-in-law get back to physical health since becoming a resident there. She has dementia and refuses her medication on a regular basis. They have been working with mental
health nurse and GP to resolve this and make sure she gets her medication. We have never had any regrets about placing her in care here.

I visit my Mother-in-law on a day to day basis. I go to The Alexandra at all times. I have witnessed excellent nursing care given by a brilliant caring team of both nurses and carers. I am a qualified nurse myself and would recommend The Alexandra to anyone needing care. It has a friendly, happy feeling
about the home.

The Alexandra started looking after my brother in December 2014. He has learning disability and alzheimers. His room is lovely and the staff are all caring and professional. They have made a big difference to our brother since his move from his other care home. The Alexandra has a lovely warm feeling
to it and as a family we are all very grateful to the staff. They are all very helpful and honest when we ask about our brother.
