My father in law stayed here for almost 3 months. The home and the staff are really nice and I'd definitely recommend it. They looked after him really well, giving a level of care we just could not have provided in his own home.

We joined him for lunch one day and saw at first hand the staff looking after everyone, making sure everyone was eating and drinking properly and organising alternative food or drink for those who wanted it.

Nursing staff dealt well with my father in law's medical needs and reacted quickly and professionally when he did need a hospital admission.

I found all the staff to be approachable and friendly, all ready to discuss anything to help make his stay as comfortable as possible.

We have found the staff to be unfailingly helpful in all aspects. Welcoming and informative. As relatives, we are particularly appreciative of the little touches eg offer of a drink and visits when we visit and always very pleasant.

Recently activities seemed to have declined.

All facilities are of a high standard and the home is spotlessly clean.

Excellent rooms, excellent range of activities but most of all excellent and outstanding staff.

After an operation and stay in the hospital Mount Hall Care Home was an ideal place for respite care and recuperation. The staff at all levels made me feel most at home and were excellent at all times of day and night.

Nothing was too much trouble and the standard of food and choice was available. Lovely surroundings - very quiet and peaceful. The outdoor environment is excellent.

I would like to thank all the staff at Mount Hall for the professional care they give to my wife and for the assistance and advice given to my family and me at a critical time in our lives. I would also like to express my gratitude to the staff for allowing me to be with my wife in her hours of greatest need.

I would like to thank all the staff at Mount all for the professional care they give to my Mum. At a time of extreme family distress, as my Mum was not likely to survive. I cannot overemphasize the help and empathy shown to me and my family. They treat my Mum with dignity in a friendly atmosphere. She feels at home there.

Staff are all friendly and can't do enough to accommodate anything residents need (within reason). All very caring and understanding. Rooms and cleanliness are excellent. I don't think we could have found a nicer home for my dad.

Very, very pleased with the care and attention provided to my husband by all the staff. They made a difficult fortnight for me very happy in the way they encouraged and looked after my husband.

Very happy atmosphere, never smells of bad smells. My mother feels safe there and all the staff are kind, happy and never bad-tempered with her. Any doubts I have re Mum's health, the nurses always put my mind at rest. I feel my mum is in the best place for care and think they have given Mum extra time.

My mother has now been there for 7 months. From the very first day I called there I have had nothing but admiration for all the staff. It also has a homely feel. I have never had cause to complain about anything. My mother could not be better cared for.

An excellent care home with friendly, warm and caring staff. Extremely good nursing with a high standard of care in homely surroundings.

I am extremely well looked after by good nurses and excellent carers.

I chose Mount Hall Care Home as I felt it had that homely feel and the house is very clean and like a home from home. The staff here are very helpful and adapt their skills to each individual with love and care. Great food! We are free to come and go at any hour and we're not restricted to certain times. The activities here my mum enjoys and they are varied and always enjoyable. I am kept informed of mums health and anything that may upset her and if she's ill it is dealt with quickly by a doctor.

A care/nursing home is the last resort for families but our choice of Mount Hall has made the transition from home to home so much easier than we anticipated. With much gratitude and thanks for your help.

I can't praise the team at Mount Hall highly enough for their care and consideration for mum's welfare and comfort throughout her time with them and I'd have no hesitation in recommending this nursing home to anyone looking for a comfortable, efficient, caring and friendly home for friend or relative.
