Great staff who took good care of my mum. Good size room with en-suite WC and wash hand basin. Decent food choice, something to suit most people I think. Daily activities and birthdays are always celebrated.
With best wishes.
I can’t thank the staff enough for the way they looked after my nan. Every time I visited they were always doing fun stuff, keeping her entertained, and were so friendly. Would highly recommend this home if any more family members need 24 hour care.
It's great to read how well your nan is looked after.
With best wishes, Managing Director.
Amazing care home. Friendly staff. The place is always kept nice and clean. The staff go above and beyond for their residents. Lots of activities go on, so residents are always kept busy. I can't recommended Cromwell Court enough.
With best wishes, Managing Director.
Very friendly, staff treat residents like their own family, lots of activities to do, the manager is very welcoming, would recommend. The home is very clean, the staff are very hardworking, love the new pub and love seeing all the photos on social media of all residents having a lovely time.
With best wishes.
The website is inaccurate so please check prior to sending anyone there as we would hate anyone to go through what our dad and our family are going through.
I am aware of your concerns and cannot comment currently.
Many thanks,
Every member of staff is so helpful and happy it has a great effect on the residents.
The staff chat with each resident and get to know their personalities.

Amazing care home, this is not just a business it’s a home with staff who genuinely care. Best decision we made bringing my mum to live here. Spotlessly clean and lovely rooms. We were encouraged to personalise Mum's room by the manager to make it familiar. The manager is amazing always chats and interacts with everyone. Activities are brilliant, always something going on to keep everyone busy. The lovely garden as well. Thank you for caring for my mum it really does make it easier for us as a family to see her so happy.
What a wonderful 5* review. Thank you so much for taking the time to write it. It's so lovely to read how the whole team have had such a positive impact, not only on your mum but also you as her family.

I've visited other care homes but found this to be the one that would be best suited to my mum's needs. Friendly staff and lots of activities to keep my mum busy. Since moving in, she has become more active and is a lot happier.
What a fantastic review. It's so great to read how well your mum's doing.
With best wishes
All staff do an amazing job, from the domestics, and carers to the seniors.
All staff are friendly and attentive and empathetic.
Activities coordinators are just brilliant, they create fun and laughter every day.
Really well-led, and the manager is very involved.

The very tidy and hygienic room is nicely laid out and the food menu is good.
Health and safety meet to the requirements needed.
Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful review. It really goes to show that it's a whole home effort to ensure our residents get the great care they deserve. I look forward to meeting your mum next time I'm at Cromwell.

We put our mum in here for respite care and we were very anxious at first. The staff reassured us, were amazing and settled Mum in quickly. I loved every minute Mum was in here. Staff are above and beyond outstanding, entertainment for the residents was second to none, and safeguarding is paramount here too. All residents are happy and content. I cannot fault the carers or the place at all. The bedrooms are well-sized and kept very clean. Outstanding place.
What a fantastic 5* review. Thank you so much for taking the time to submit it. It's great to read how pleased you are.

My dad has vascular dementia and needed assisted living. Cromwell Court is amazing, the staff are all lovely, well trained and have gone the extra mile to help him settle in. There is always something going on, the activities team are brilliant at stimulating and occupying all the residents and making sure everyone is involved. My dad is thriving and looks better than ever, this is all down to the wonderful care he is receiving. I would highly recommend thank you so much.
With best wishes.
Since moving to Cromwell Court in February I have noticed that he is really happy there, all the staff and the manager go above and beyond to look after everyone with loving care. The activities programme is superb and all the residents are encouraged to join in. They have a social media page on which I can see my dad having fun and looking great. All the staff take the time to get to know all the residents and their families. On residents' birthdays, staff make a cake with candles and everyone sings Happy Birthday.
I really can't recommend this care home enough they go above and beyond every one of them.
With best wishes.
I cannot thank Cromwell Court Care Home enough for the care they give my mum. It really is the best home in Warrington. The manager puts your mind at rest and knows the residents very well. The care staff are amazing, they always have a smile on their faces whenever I go and the activity girls are always planning things and keeping people amused. The home is spotless and there are never any odours so hats off to the domestic staff. I could write forever and the above are just a few positives. Highly recommend Cromwell Court.
With best wishes,
Honor.
My wife has been in Cromwell Court for over a year now and was very upset not to be able to care for her any more, but the care she receives there is far better than I can do. All the staff for their very best for her and it puts my mind at rest to know that they look after her increasing needs so ably, even down to the special food she has to have as she can't swallow very well. This month they did a special Valentine's Day dinner for residents and families, which was a great success and appreciated by all, as their efforts throughout this year. The staff each deserve a medal!
Best wishes.
He's been there for just over a week now, his room is cosy and he's already been taken out for lunch! The staff really do seem to care about the residents which puts my mind at rest.
It's nice to know that I can visit whenever I want, access is simple and parking spaces are plentiful.
Hi! We are so glad that you are happy with your decision to move your Dad into Cromwell Court Care Home and that he is settling into his cosy room so well. He is in great hands with the manager and her team and they do love their trips out for lunch! The staff really do care about looking after...
The care home is clean and carers are welcoming and helpful. My dad says it's the best care home in Warrington bless him. The manager is very supportive regarding issues with my dad. The meals are really nice too.
Best wishes,
Honor Keatley.
They give her the love and support we give her as a family. She enjoys being stimulated and a good natter and a cheeky liquor or wee dram of whisky on a Friday. She loves the staff and they love her in return, they like to tease each other and joke with her when we take her out on a Sunday so the extended family can see her and she gets to see her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Best wishes.
We have found the clinical lead and the nursing team to be very compassionate and caring, going out of their way to provide a warm and comfortable experience for both residents and visitors alike.
A big thank you to the manager and the office staff for their advice and guidance through this difficult time.
If you are looking for a place for your loved one, give Cromwell Court Care Home serious consideration.
With best wishes,
Honor Keatley
Managing Director
Staff seem really on the ball.
We had reservations about moving Mum into a home, quickly quashed. Access is good, sensible, well monitored, secure visiting arrangements and there is plenty of parking.
Best wishes,
Honor.
