Welcoming and bright, clean and fresh.
All staff do an amazing job, from the domestics, and carers to the seniors.
All staff are friendly and attentive and empathetic.
Activities coordinators are just brilliant, they create fun and laughter every day.
Really well-led, and the manager is very involved.

My mum has been there for 2 weeks now and I have seen an amazing difference in her behaviour, she has seem to have settled in brilliantly her moods are more stable and happier as they always have some activity to keep their brains active and keep their motor skills going. The staff are brilliant, always
attentive and brilliant with communicating and always catering to my mum's needs.
The very tidy and hygienic room is nicely laid out and the food menu is good.
Health and safety meet to the requirements needed.

We put our mum in here for respite care and we were very anxious at first. The staff reassured us, were amazing and settled Mum in quickly. I loved every minute Mum was in here. Staff are above and beyond outstanding, entertainment for the residents was second to none, and safeguarding is paramount
here too. All residents are happy and content. I cannot fault the carers or the place at all. The bedrooms are well-sized and kept very clean. Outstanding place.

My dad has vascular dementia and needed assisted living. Cromwell Court is amazing, the staff are all lovely, well trained and have gone the extra mile to help him settle in. There is always something going on, the activities team are brilliant at stimulating and occupying all the residents and making
sure everyone is involved. My dad is thriving and looks better than ever, this is all down to the wonderful care he is receiving. I would highly recommend thank you so much.

I am so happy that I chose Cromwell Court for my dad, who had lived with me for nearly six years. Dad has dementia/Alzheimers and had really become unmanageable for me on my own.
Since moving to Cromwell Court in February I have noticed that he is really happy there, all the staff and the manager go
above and beyond to look after everyone with loving care. The activities programme is superb and all the residents are encouraged to join in. They have a social media page on which I can see my dad having fun and looking great. All the staff take the time to get to know all the residents and their families. On residents' birthdays, staff make a cake with candles and everyone sings Happy Birthday.
I really can't recommend this care home enough they go above and beyond every one of them.

I cannot thank Cromwell Court Care Home enough for the care they give my mum. It really is the best home in Warrington. The manager puts your mind at rest and knows the residents very well. The care staff are amazing, they always have a smile on their faces whenever I go and the activity girls are always
planning things and keeping people amused. The home is spotless and there are never any odours so hats off to the domestic staff. I could write forever and the above are just a few positives. Highly recommend Cromwell Court.

My wife has been in Cromwell Court for over a year now and was very upset not to be able to care for her any more, but the care she receives there is far better than I can do. All the staff for their very best for her and it puts my mind at rest to know that they look after her increasing needs so ably,
even down to the special food she has to have as she can't swallow very well. This month they did a special Valentine's Day dinner for residents and families, which was a great success and appreciated by all, as their efforts throughout this year. The staff each deserve a medal!

My dad had been living at home with us so I had reservations about moving him into a home. We'd looked at a couple of others but as soon as we walked into Cromwell Court Care Home and met the manager we knew this was the one.
He's been there for just over a week now, his room is cosy and he's already
been taken out for lunch! The staff really do seem to care about the residents which puts my mind at rest.
It's nice to know that I can visit whenever I want, access is simple and parking spaces are plentiful.

The care home is clean and carers are welcoming and helpful. My dad says it's the best care home in Warrington bless him. The manager is very supportive regarding issues with my dad. The meals are really nice too.

They look after my Irish Queen with dignity, compassion and care.
They give her the love and support we give her as a family. She enjoys being stimulated and a good natter and a cheeky liquor or wee dram of whisky on a Friday. She loves the staff and they love her in return, they like to tease each
other and joke with her when we take her out on a Sunday so the extended family can see her and she gets to see her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

My partner and I regularly visit her mother, who has been a resident of Daresbury Wing for two years. In that time, we have been struck by how well the wing is run.
We have found the clinical lead and the nursing team to be very compassionate and caring, going out of their way to provide a warm and
comfortable experience for both residents and visitors alike.
A big thank you to the manager and the office staff for their advice and guidance through this difficult time.

Mum has only been in a week, settled rapidly, chatty and engaged. Marvellous.
Staff seem really on the ball.
We had reservations about moving Mum into a home, quickly quashed. Access is good, sensible, well monitored, secure visiting arrangements and there is plenty of parking.

My mother is a resident at Cromwell Court Care Home and seems to have settled in really well. The staff are very caring and patient with all of the residents, including one or two difficult ones. All areas are cleaned regularly. Everyone is taken into the gardens in good weather to get that important
dose of the sun's rays with entertainment regularly provided. If my mother is happy then so am I.

Overall, I am happy that my mum is a resident here at Cromwell Court Care Home as they seem to look after her adequately well. I haven't experienced much of the events that are on offer to Mum so I can't comment much. If Mum was more capable and able to review Cromwell Court herself, I think she'd be
happy too.
I have only one complaint and that is that on my last visit a resident was having their toenails clipped by a Chiropodist in the middle of the floor in the big room. There were toenails flying everywhere, surely it could've been done elsewhere. Nothing was said about it.

My mum is a resident at Cromwell Court Care Home; she has early dementia. I visit from Dubai; my brothers and dad live locally and see Mum regularly. The staff are very attentive and are always available to make sure all residents are monitored, comfortable and kept stimulated. Security is good and
all staff follow the rules and protocols which is good to see. The main thing for me is Mum is happy, comfortable and stimulated.

Wish to take this opportunity to thank the manager and her staff for their immense care and understanding of my friend who has been residing at Cromwell Court for the past 12-18 months. A recent incident highlighted that the home not only met the needs and demands of my friend but that they truly hold
the best interests of my friend's health, wellbeing, and welfare to heart. After a very bumpy start, where my friend was moved from a home that she was perfectly happy in, due to its closing, Cromwell Court didn't exactly bode well in my friend's eyes. When I visited her in the first few weeks, the way the staff looked after and treated my friend, they already knew her ways. It was very reassuring and a massive relief to know she would be taken care of as an individual patient and respectful of her wishes. My friend is eating well, gaining good weight, sits in the lounge with other residents, has her nails painted regularly, and enjoys her lie-ins! Very very grateful. Thank you, you guys are epic!

Hi, my name is Tracey. I am the registered manager at Cromwell Court Care Home.


I have been the Manager here for 4 years, although I have worked at Cromwell Court Care Home for 7 years. I have been working in care for 34 years, in mostly dementia residential settings.


I absolutely love my job at Cromwell Court Care Home and pride myself on knowing every one of our residents, and I have good relationships with the families of our residents.


I have a brilliant team of staff who all give 100% to their roles.


I believe everyone should be treated as an induvial and we fully promote person-centred care. I feel I am very approachable to staff and visitors which reflects in the reviews we receive.

Hi, my name is Hazel. I am the Deputy Home Manager at Cromwell Court Care Home.


I have worked at Cromwell Court Care Home since 2015 and I thoroughly enjoy my position.


I overlook three EMI residential units and manage the home in the Home Manager's absence.


I fully promote person-centred care and believe everyone should be treated as an individual.

Hi, my name is Rose. I am the Clinical Lead at Cromwell Court Care Home.


I oversee the nursing unit here at Cromwell Court Care Home.


I have been a nurse for 24 years and thoroughly enjoy my role. I feel I have a good relationship with the team here and our residents' family members.


I am married and I have 2 sons.


I like to maintain high standards of care and I am a firm believer in person-centred care and treating each resident with dignity and respect.

Job Title: Senior Activities Coordinator Joined: 2019

Hi, my name is Sindy. I am the Senior Activities Coordinator at Cromwell Court Care Home.


I have worked at Cromwell Court Care Home since 2019. I love my job and I love putting a smile on the resident's faces. Every day is different, with new experiences, challenges and new rewards.


I am currently working on and enjoying creating different garden areas, such as the sensory garden and fairy garden. I also have many more future projects to come!
