We had reservations about moving Mum into a home, quickly quashed. Access is good, sensible, well monitored, secure visiting arrangements and there is plenty of parking.

My mother is a resident at Cromwell Court Care Home and seems to have settled in really well. The staff are very caring and patient with all of the residents, including one or two difficult ones. All areas are cleaned regularly. Everyone is taken into the gardens in good weather to get that important dose of the sun's rays with entertainment regularly provided. If my mother is happy then so am I.

I have only one complaint and that is that on my last visit a resident was having their toenails clipped by a Chiropodist in the middle of the floor in the big room. There were toenails flying everywhere, surely it could've been done elsewhere. Nothing was said about it.

My mum is a resident at Cromwell Court Care Home; she has early dementia. I visit from Dubai; my brothers and dad live locally and see Mum regularly. The staff are very attentive and are always available to make sure all residents are monitored, comfortable and kept stimulated. Security is good and all staff follow the rules and protocols which is good to see. The main thing for me is Mum is happy, comfortable and stimulated.

Mum is looking cleaner and much more settled lately, the whole team really makes an effort.

Wish to take this opportunity to thank the manager and her staff for their immense care and understanding of my friend who has been residing at Cromwell Court for the past 12-18 months. A recent incident highlighted that the home not only met the needs and demands of my friend but that they truly hold the best interests of my friend's health, wellbeing, and welfare to heart. After a very bumpy start, where my friend was moved from a home that she was perfectly happy in, due to its closing, Cromwell Court didn't exactly bode well in my friend's eyes. When I visited her in the first few weeks, the way the staff looked after and treated my friend, they already knew her ways. It was very reassuring and a massive relief to know she would be taken care of as an individual patient and respectful of her wishes. My friend is eating well, gaining good weight, sits in the lounge with other residents, has her nails painted regularly, and enjoys her lie-ins! Very very grateful. Thank you, you guys are epic!

Great nursing home for my friend; I know she's in safe hands. The management and the care staff are amazing, friendly and extremely hard-working individuals who genuinely do care for their residents.

The care and dedication that all of the staff at Cromwell Court show to the residents is amazing. From the activities they have to the bright, welcoming atmosphere they have created at the home - my nana is very happy.

My mother is a recent arrival at Cromwell Court but she has been made very welcome, as have her visiting family. Everywhere is clean and tidy and the residents are well looked after. The manager and staff are always friendly and cheery. Mum has now happily settled in her new "home".

The staff in Cromwell Court are exceptional in their attentiveness and kindness, we are incredibly appreciative and extend our heartfelt thanks. It is always a challenging time for family members when a parent goes into full-time care and for the parent concerned. However, the staff have made this transition far less challenging than it might have been.

Went to visit a friend at Cromwell Court on Saturday and there were two singers who had the residents dancing and singing in the courtyard. The staff were dancing along with the residents and everyone was having such a good time. I was really impressed with the whole experience and all the smiling faces were a joy to see. Well done Cromwell Court for bringing such fun to the residents.

Amazing staff and management, who always go above and beyond for residents and their families. The facilities are fantastic and they are always doing activities. I love that we can see how well cared for our relatives are. The difference in our grandma is unbelievable, once she settled in. I can’t thank them enough.

Fantastic home, manager and staff are all excellent and my mum is well looked after and really happy there. She has lived there for over three years and no complaints. Home was really good during the pandemic in keeping residents safe but also supporting visits. Well done to the manager and her team.

Mum went into Cromwell Court in July 2020. During the early days of Covid-19 we weren't allowed in and just left mum in the care of people we have never met. Thankfully, and 22-months on mum is happy, well cared for and doing better in the time that she has been there. There is lots of laughter and plenty of activities daily.

Our Mum Is a very proud lady who was diagnosed with dementia some 4-years ago, it was a difficult decision to look into her becoming a resident in a care home. This decision was taken in June 2020 during the first lockdown, due to Mum having a short stay in the hospital. Mum settled into Cromwell Court very quickly which made our decision worthy. Mum is very happy there, which is evident in the pictures that we see online. The staff are supportive and through the recent difficult times, they have maintained the care for Mum and the residents, ensuring that they have as much understanding as possible. Most recently, being able to visit or take Mum out has been absolutely amazing. When talking to Mum she always says how much she is loved and how much she loves the staff, this shows when visiting her and seeing the staff with her. Keep going Cromwell Court.

What an amazing care home Cromwell Court is. My mum resides there and I couldn’t wish for a better home. The manager and all her staff are fantastic, caring, thoughtful and so kind to all the residents, it certainly puts my mind at rest knowing my mum is taken such good care of.
