    There are no restrictions or booking requirements to visit Cromwell Court Care Home; however different rules apply should there be a Covid-19 outbreak, and they ask to not visit during ‘protected mealtimes’ unless is a part of the essential caregiver role.

Genuinely has to be the best care home I’ve visited. My Nan is doing fantastic despite her health conditions, she is well cared for and happier than she has been in a long time! Staff are simply amazing, it has a homely feel to the place and the staff do everything they can to ensure residents are looked
after and happy. I’ve seen staff dancing and singing with residents too which I think is so important for that connection! Well done Cromwell Court you're amazing!

My sister has been a resident for just two months. Her transition into the home was eased by the helpfulness and caring of the staff. During the lockdown because of the Coronavirus Pandemic, I was not allowed to visit her. However, due to the kindness of the manager, I was able to 'visit' my sister
via a video call. It was so comforting and reassuring to see her happy smiling face. Well done, Cromwell Court.

My dad has been a service user of this home a year and a half now, and I find the quality of care is of an extremely high standard. I have visited on many occasions to which I find my dad happy and if he's happy so am I. I know I can ring the home with any enquiries and they will answer in a friendly
manner to put my mind at ease. They have many entertainments to keep my dad amused and busy. In this sad time we are experiencing at the moment, COVID-19 and the home on lockdown, ringing the home is no problem. I can even videocall my father. I find this home fantastic and so lucky he lives there.

My mum went in the home in November after having a bad experience in a previous one. She has settled well, she has put weight on despite her health issues. The staff are warm and friendly. Management go out of their way, cooks, cleaners also do a great job.

My Mum has been into Cromwell Court twice whilst my Dad has been in our local Hospice.
The staff treat residents with dignity and respect and go above and beyond to accommodate their individual needs.

I have been the Manager here for 4 years, although I have worked at Cromwell Court Care Home for 7 years. I have been working in care for 34 years, in mostly dementia residential settings.


I absolutely love my job at Cromwell Court Care Home and pride myself on knowing every one of our residents, and I have good relationships with the families of our residents.


I have a brilliant team of staff who all give 100% to their roles.


I believe everyone should be treated as an induvial and we fully promote person-centred care. I feel I am very approachable to staff and visitors which reflects in the reviews we receive.
