My dad went into Cromwell Court in February after a long six weeks in hospital, since Dad arrived at Cromwell Court I have noticed a great change in his behaviour, it’s amazing. My dad's bedroom is a great size with an en-suite, the staff there are very helpful and totally committed, their garden is
beautiful and very secure, great to see pictures on Facebook of the residents having fun times. Thank you manager and staff for all your support with my dad.

My father-in-law has made great progress since arriving here a few weeks ago. He seems very happy and settled. The staff are all fabulous and nothing ever seems too much trouble for them. My father-in-law enjoys the company of the staff and they all treat him with dignity and respect. The home is very
clean and doesn't have that awful smell associated with other care homes we have visited. Thank you for making a difficult situation much easier.

My mother was taken into the care of Cromwell Court nursing unit after referral from the district nurses looking after her. This decision was acceptable for me after looking at various care homes in the area. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the care and attention she received in the short time
she was there. They looked after her very very well and that gave me great confidence in both the nursing staff and carers. Sadly she passed away whilst in their care and they looked after her in a dignified manner. Nothing was too much trouble for them from start to the end.

I just want to start by saying that this care home has been absolutely fantastic in caring for my nan. All of the staff, all the night staff, reception staff and many more. You were all amazing. You made our visits safe and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and we can't thank you all enough for
that. My nan was loved by all who met her and she loved you all in return. You truly are very special people in my heart.
Thank you for being amazing and ensuring my nan was cared for in the best possible way, comfortable, safe and as happy as she could have been under her circumstances.

All staff I have dealt with have been amazing and nothing is too much trouble, always go above and beyond!
After spending a time in hospital, my dad requires nursing care and I can't thank the staff enough for all they are doing for my dad. Every time he has needed any additional requirements and we
have spoken to the team, they had already noted and either resolved or resolving in house or via a GP. It is the first time I have ever been involved with a care home and I am glad to say they have eradicated any fears that I had, it is very hard for family to hand caring for a loved one over to others.
Please note the only reason I have stated don't know to value for money is that at the moment my dad's care is paid for, I have no idea what the rate is so feel unable to comment.

My father was admitted to Cromwell Court after recovering from Covid-19, his cognitive state had deteriorated and was unable to walk and sit properly. He has come on leaps and bounds whilst being at Cromwell, he is well looked after and very happy. He is now joining in with the other residents and spending

My dad has been a resident in the nursing unit at Cromwell Court for 6 months. He went there during the time Care Homes were closed to visitors due to the Covid pandemic. This made the situation more traumatic for us as we were unable to look around any care homes to help us choose the right place for
Dad. We needn’t have worried what an amazing place Cromwell Court is. The staff are outstanding - both with Dad’s care and needs as well as the family’s. The love and care they all show to the residents is wonderful - what a team. Thank you so much to everyone at Cromwell Court for everything you do for our Dad. On my first bedroom visit to see Dad the other week he said he felt at home. What more could any family member ask for.

My father moved to Cromwell Court during the lockdown. The staff are really friendly, and my father is much more settled, and you get an all-around good vibe. Frequent photos on Facebook all help to give a very positive impression.

Whenever I contact Cromwell Court with any queries or to arrange visits, I receive a response from the manager almost immediately. Moving my mum into this care home was the best decision ever, she is very happy, settled and well cared for and is always taking part in activities.
This has been a very

I cannot praise the staff enough for how they have welcomed and looked after our mum. She has had a new lease of life and is so settled and happy. It’s such a hard decision to make and my sister and I always agree we made the best decision in choosing Cromwell Court for our mum. The manager has been

I can not rate the manager and staff highly enough. My mum has been resident for nearly 3 years with dementia and during this very difficult time for me and my sister, we have been reassured by the loving care my mum has received by 'her extended family' the staff here. Before the lockdown, we visited
every day and also felt very much part of the family. To have this level of trust in the people caring for mum at such a vulnerable time in her life has allowed me to feel that she is in safe hands and in a caring and well-run residence. Lockdown has obviously been a very worrying time but being able to trust that she is in very capable hands has made things much less stressful. Thank you Cromwell Court staff.

Mum went in to Cromwell Court temporarily a few weeks ago. It's been a very anxious and emotional time for family as this is a huge change to Mum's circumstances and it's been very unsettling for Mum. Cromwell Court staff have been wonderful trying to put mum at ease and helping her to settle in. The
manager has gone above and beyond in supporting Mum and our family too. Supporting us at such a difficult time and during COVID, with the extra demands this brings speaks volumes. Thank you Cromwell Court from the bottom of our hearts.

My mother-in-law is safe, happy, well and has the best quality of life she could possibly have there. The staff are all amazing, they go above and beyond. We can't visit her at the moment due to the covid19. The manager at Cromwell is fantastic doing video calls with her to the family regularly and

Mum has lived here for over 2 years now. The dedication and care she gets from all the staff are excellent. Everyone looks out for her and spends time with her, not just the carers, everyone there. At this time of the lockdown, I can see on photographs and videos how happy mum is and the way she smiles
at all the staff is lovely, they are her family and she trusts them.

I would recommend Cromwell Court as my dad settled in really quickly which was due to the care and attention that the staff showed towards him. He is really happy there and the staff were wonderfully supportive when he recently lost his wife.

I have been the Manager here for 4 years, although I have worked at Cromwell Court Care Home for 7 years. I have been working in care for 34 years, in mostly dementia residential settings.


I absolutely love my job at Cromwell Court Care Home and pride myself on knowing every one of our residents, and I have good relationships with the families of our residents.


I have a brilliant team of staff who all give 100% to their roles.


I believe everyone should be treated as an induvial and we fully promote person-centred care. I feel I am very approachable to staff and visitors which reflects in the reviews we receive.

Hi, my name is Rose. I am the Clinical Lead at Cromwell Court Care Home.


I oversee the nursing unit here at Cromwell Court Care Home.


I have been a nurse for 24 years and thoroughly enjoy my role. I feel I have a good relationship with the team here and our residents' family members.


I am married and I have 2 sons.


I like to maintain high standards of care and I am a firm believer in person-centred care and treating each resident with dignity and respect.

Hi, my name is Sindy. I am the Senior Activities Coordinator at Cromwell Court Care Home.


I have worked at Cromwell Court Care Home since 2019. I love my job and I love putting a smile on the resident's faces. Every day is different, with new experiences, challenges and new rewards.


I am currently working on and enjoying creating different garden areas, such as the sensory garden and fairy garden. I also have many more future projects to come!
