All members of the wonderful team go above and beyond for the residents and their families. Everyone is consistently welcoming and makes an effort to build up relationships with family members.
You can feel the genuine care that the team have for all the residents which is reassuring for families whose loved ones are in their care.

The stimulating activities that are organised are well planned and thought out to suit the individual needs of the residents as well as in groups.

My nan is a resident at Lindley Grange and has been for some time now. They have looked after her so well. The staff are amazing and really do care for each individual who resides there. They have some amazing activities for the residents too which are loads of fun.
One carer, in particular, is so good with my nan, she always keeps us updated with lovely photos of things my nan has been up to. I’d like to thank all the staff for always being so welcoming to our family too when we visit and thank you for taking care of my nan.

You are all superstars!

From the first time we visited Lindley Grange Care Home we knew it would provide the level of care we’d been looking for! Mum moved in at the beginning of this year and the care she has received has been exceptional! All the staff are brilliant, so friendly, kind, considerate and care for Mums ever need. They really understand living with dementia, have made so many adjustments to accommodate this and have an ability to manage through this difficult condition in such a calm way! There is always something going on with a full calendar of activities and Mum being encouraged to partake. As a family we have been welcomed with open arms, encouraged to join in, kept informed at all times and know that she is safe, secure, being really well looked after and loved like a member of their own family - what more could we ask for!

A huge thank you to the Lindley Grange Care Home and everyone else at Lindley Grange for everything you do for my dad. The care at Lindley Grange is exceptional, from the very start Dad was treated as an individual - the manager came to see Dad to assess his needs personally, ensuring that moving to Lindley Grange was the right decision for everyone. We are supported as a family and nothing is too much trouble. Queries are dealt with promptly, any niggles are sorted out and care plans are adjusted regularly to make sure they still meet Dad's needs. Dad has settled in quickly, and while his dementia diagnosis means ongoing deterioration, the 24-hour care and safety measures put into place in his room have reduced his falls significantly. He recently celebrated a birthday and the extra mile just doesn't cover it, party food was arranged, family and friends were invited to join, and the photographs say it all, a very happy Dad celebrating his birthday surrounded by people that care. Two words - thank you

My sister-in-law has been a resident for approx two years, having previously been in a care home that wasn't meeting her needs. She has advanced dementia, so is unable to take part in the many activities, but is always amongst everyone that can take part. The home always looked very clean and tidy, and the staff are cheerful and caring and go over and above to make residents happy, catering to individual needs and interests. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

I go to see my father-in-law with my wife. He is comfortable at Lindley Grange. The staff are always very nice and friendly and give him the great care he deserves. He is now at end of life, and the dignity all the staff give is brilliant. One member of staff still tries to get him involved in activities, and we can view them on Facebook, but yes, we're happy with all the staff and the manager doing a fabulous job. Keep it up, Lindley Grange.

Review from Margaret R (Wife of Resident) published on 23 February 2023 Submitted via Website

My husband was admitted to Lindley Grange with advanced dementia. The staff looked after him really well. I don’t believe we could have found him anywhere better. Food is cooked on the premises and very good quality. Everyone was very caring and patient with him. They kept an eye on all aspects of his care and did everything they could to keep him safe and happy. Their communication with me was very good. I particularly appreciated that visitors could visit at any time and without warning, and that dogs were welcome. The activities, which were well organised and varied, were very much appreciated by the residents. The management team was very knowledgeable and sympathetic. I really can’t praise them too highly.

It's Valentine's Day and I have just been along to Lindley Grange to have a celebratory lunch with my partner. The amount of thought and care that has gone into making this a very special occasion for us both is nothing short of amazing.

I would like to thank in particular the activities coordinator, the hostess and the chef who pulled out all the stops to mark the day with love and a smile.

Thank you Lindley Grange for caring so much.

Professional, efficient care home. The staff are extremely friendly and genuinely seem to care about the residents and it seems like a joined-up approach between the family and staff which is unlike previous homes. Mum was recently in the hospital and said she couldn't wait to get back home meaning Lindley Grange which says it all I think.

Living in Australia and hearing my wife's mother had vascular dementia was devastating for my wife, though out the years my mother-in-law had visited Australia staying 3 months at a time with us the decision and accepting she was to go into Lindley Grange was a further blow and a huge worry, will someone hug her, hold her hand, be kind. After visiting in August 2022 for a month my wife and I had a positive experience and we were able to relax knowing the staff at Lindley Grange care home have created an extended family within the home environment, staff regularly talk to residents and get to know them if upset they will take time out to talk to them hold there hand, give them a hug reassure them when needed. I also saw the activities and monthly rosters of what is happening so family members can join in, I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all the staff, warmest regards.

Taking the decision to move a parent into a care home is heartbreaking but Lindley Grange staff have made this really difficult process so much more bearable for both my dad and our family. The staff from the very outset have shown total compassion and respect to my dad and always spoke to him with respect and kindness. As family members, we have felt so welcome and visiting dad has felt easier because the staff are supportive and friendly. Dad has settled in so much better than we thought. The home is jolly and the staff smile and laugh and this positively impacts residents. It's clean, and really well maintained, the food is good and always great activities and entertainment going on for residents. Thank you for accepting my dad and making him happy and safe.
