Westfield Park Care Home provides high-quality care in a luxury environment. Facilities across the Home include The Westfield Arms (an in house pub), hair and beauty spas, cinema room, tea room and an artificial bowls green.

The home operates as two units, the new build Home provides residential care and The Haven providing specialist dementia care. Both units provide a respite room and day care spaces also. The Haven includes its own dining and lounge areas, including an activity room, tea room and cinema, with residents supported by a dedicated dementia care team and manager.

All the bedrooms have full en-suite wet rooms. The social facilities at the home include a full beauty salon, large activities room, an artificial outdoor bowls pitch, an in-house pub called Westfield Arms, tea room, a shop called Sweets & Treats for all of life's essentials and a cinema room. These facilities are utilised by visiting friends and families and also within the activity programme. Remaining active and stimulated is a big part of the care plan for each resident at Westfield Park and there is a team of activity and social event coordinators across both homes who provide activities 7 days a week, from in house entertainment and one on ones to trips out to Castle Howard or the beach at Bridlington.

Recently my father became a resident on Haven at Westfield Park. The manager was very helpful, kind, compassionate and professional. She helped us through a difficult time, made a situation that had reached crisis point more bearable. The senior who I believe is her daughter was also equally supportive.
My dad is now happy and settled and we are confident he is getting the best care. Many thanks.

The staff at Westfield Park are very caring and professional. Mum was very settled there and well looked after. Her individual care plan met her needs well. There is open communication between all levels of staff between both residents and their families. There is lots of support at all times which
is especially appreciated during difficult times. The facilities at the home are of a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend the home.

After Mum entered Westfields Park Care Home she is a changed woman. Very happy, settled and content. The staff are caring and professional. From my experience, I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a care home in the area.

I find my mum is adequately cared for and very much in comfortable surroundings, carers look after her with a great measure.
Nothing too much trouble to make her feel special, always pleasant and polite on our visits, and a warm friendly atmosphere. Activities always going on and encouragement to join
in.
Regular get-togethers and entertainment for both residents and relatives to spend time with them.

High-quality care and provision is evident in all aspects of this care home. Staff at all levels will do anything to help residents and their relatives. The experiences provided to relatives are well-considered and constructed and foster a sense of community. The home is very clean and feels like a
high-quality hotel. Staff turnover is very low and they know residents' needs very well, this in turn results in consistent levels of high-quality care.

My wife was admitted in October 2023 because of Alzheimer's/dementia. She settled in immediately and due to the care and engagement of the staff she is more vocal now. They have given me Peace of Mind and that is priceless. Wonderful place and wonderful people.

My husband came into Westfield initially for respite care but ended up staying for a total of 8 weeks as his health deteriorated and he was unable to return home and passed away peacefully in the care home. Myself and my family have been very impressed with the care that he has received throughout.
The kindness and attention of all staff members has been overwhelming and particularly during the difficult last few days their care to both my husband and myself and my family could not be faulted. I felt very comforted that my husband was receiving care and attention when I was unable to visit or be there by his side. If ever I need to move into a care home Westfield will be my number 1 choice and I will be reassured that it is a place that I would feel happy to live in.

Westfield Park Care Home gave my 89-year-old Mum the company, supervision and stimulation that she'd not experienced since Covid began in March 2020 when she lost confidence and became afraid of the infection that claimed so many lives, coupled with the onset of Alzheimer's her world shrunk, to then
have a couple of respite stays, followed by weekly daycare and eventually as a permanent resident she had company, she had activities and even though she didn't always join in she certainly enjoyed watching the others, the staff there also saved my sanity and gave me valuable support.

My father has stayed in other homes and after a stay of respite at Westfield, we have as a family, decided that Westfield Park Care Home is where my father will now stay long term. My father is of capacity so he his able to make his own decisions and he has chosen to stay here because he loves this
home. The staff/carers are all very attentive and caring. The food is of a very high standard and always looks very appetising when I’ve seen it myself. I am very happy that my father has found somewhere that he is very happy to now stay long term, as unfortunately he can’t return to his home address. The home always appears very clean. Also the manager is very approachable, very pleasant and she always makes my father laugh, which is great to see.

We moved my father into Westfield Park for respite care following a stroke whilst we made his home accessible. I cannot praise the management and staff enough. They have been so kind and caring. They have supported us when dealing with his GP practice. The staff check up on him regularly. They also
look after us when we visit, offering a cup of tea or coffee.
Sometimes it’s the little things that matter, one of the staff brought in a jigsaw board to help him with jigsaws.
The staff are always happy and take the time to know all the resident's names.
In summary, if dad does need at some point to move to permanent residential care then Westfield would be my first choice. Massive thanks to all

I found Westfield Park Care Home on entry to be very clean and noticed lots of staff that were happy, friendly and very helpful. I also noticed all residents to be constantly tended to and the definite attention to keeping the residents clean was very apparent. My father's room is comfortable, very
clean and warm. Lots of activities over Christmas and New Year and very nice to see residents' involvement was comforting to know I was leaving my father in a lovely place.

My mother came into Westfield Park Care Home a little nervous but was soon put at ease by management and all the staff. They were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and well-equipped for all her needs. Every week there are activities going on every day.
The communal areas are lovely, airy and welcoming. I felt it was a very secure place, all doors are a code system with sign in and out book.

Really happy with the care my father receives at Westfield. As a family, we are familiar with the home as my mum lived there as well. His room is lovely and spacious and kept very clean. We visit most days, and the home and staff are very welcoming.

My parents moved into Westfield Park Care Home in April this year. From the very first contact with staff, the visit to my parent's house through to their arrival at the care home, the whole experience was fantastic. Two weeks ago my parents celebrated their 74th Wedding Anniversary. The staff arranged
a special day and party for them! Carers gave up their own time to come in and decorate the lounge and dining room with banners and balloons and one carer even made a magnificent cake! Family were invited to have lunch with Mum and Dad and all the residents were invited to enjoy the celebrations. It was a wonderful day!
Mum and Dad have received and continue to receive the very best care and I can only thank all the staff for making this a very special place!

My dad has been in Westfield for approx 7 months. Whilst he took some settling in, the staff and management have been fantastic with him. Going above and beyond to meet his individual needs. There are always plenty of activities arranged which he gets involved with. It gives me and our family great

The staff and management are amazing, with care to involve, the families in any decisions that need to be made.
A wonderful atmosphere, like a 5-star hotel, with staff that are caring and loving, sympathetic and passionate to each resident.

Outstanding home. I feel my father is in very safe hands and receives excellent care. I know I will be informed of any issues. Home very clean and tidy. Well equipped. Staff knowledgeable, efficient, and observant. All staff go above and beyond.
Dad's needs are met, food is very good.
I cannot recommend
Westfield Park enough and I would like to book my bed should I need.
