Lovely friendly staff who are always happy to help. Not only do they care for the residents, but they also look after the residents' families to make sure they are always welcome at any time.

The staff at the home are amazing they give my dad so much love and care, which helps our family at this very difficult time. Nothing is ever a problem, they go out of their way to meet our needs! Thank you all.

I was in Tollesby Hall Care Home for thirteen months pre and post-surgery and was treated with kindness and dignity for all the time. Choice of food was two choices - lunch and tea. Variable in quality. The cleaners really put themselves out to maintain cleanliness and were most helpful. Unfortunately, the covid virus curtailed activities, since strict rules were observed to avoid the infection. Visiting was extremely restricted unless a patient was 'end-of-life' and then there were special visiting measures in place. Laundry was washed, ironed and returned the next day.

Very caring and considerate. Person-centred. Thank you for looking after Dad and us.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Tollesby Hall. My mum has dementia and the care she receives is second to none. Each and every member of staff shows her patience, understanding and compassion. I felt anxious about transition to a care home, but the staff have settled her quickly and it has given me great peace of mind knowing that she is so well cared for. CQC report rating for caring is outstanding and my rating is outstanding ... and above!

My mother was a resident for four years and received the best of care. She had Alzheimer's and was treated with dignity and respect. I was very happy with the care provided.

I am so happy with the care that my partner is receiving in the care home. I am very worried about my partner's situation but the way she is looked after by the wonderful staff pleases me so much.

The staff were all lovely, caring, polite and very hardworking.

All staff and management were wonderful with me.

In the last week of her life, we were allowed to visit - she was kept comfortable, had a clean nightdress on each day, and the staff showed great care and helped make sure she had a dignified departure. We cannot speak too highly about her care, and our thanks go to all of the staff who looked after her.

The quality of care received from the carers is exceptional. They were always very attentive to Mum and carried out our requests when we had complaints. They went out of their way to continue to check the laundry when we complained, as Mum, on many occasions was being dressed in other residents clothes, which to us wasn't at all acceptable. They also look into account our requests that the meals she was given were what she liked to eat as Mum never ate red meat. When she rejected a meal, it would be because she would never have eaten it at home. Thank you very much for the caring staff who did support her.

The care and attention my husband received was first class. I cannot praise them enough. I would have no problem recommending this home to anyone. Thank you so much for everything you have done.

My mother was only at Tollesby Hall Care Home for 5 days before she passed away. The staff were amazing. They could not do enough for Mam. Kind, compassionate, caring and considerate. The chef tried to tempt Mam and made anything she mentioned. Every member of staff was always on hand to help, whatever we asked for. We were so pleased Mam spent her last days within their circle of love and care.

I can't thank staff enough, I praise them every day they are fantastic. Nothing is too much for them. I have always thanked them. They are the best, I cannot thank them enough. They are the best.

My dad was very well cared for, everyone genuinely cared for Dads needs, wellbeing and happiness, and also for his family members. The staff were very welcoming and very supportive, always expressing an interest in how we were doing, "we are here for you too".

Sadly due to the Coronavirus situation, my uncle was transferred to Tollesby Hall from the hospital and he passed away without us being able to visit. It was a sad and difficult time. However, all the staff at the care home were kind, caring and professional. We believe that my uncle was very comfortable and thought his room was lovely. We as a family are so grateful that he was cared for in his last few weeks and made comfortable. Obviously we are unable to comment regarding the food, drink, facilities, etc. due to the COVID pandemic we were unable to visit, but I did walk around the outside grounds which were very impressive. The staff at the care home all do an amazing job but have been through a difficult time of late but still continued to give 100% care. I would recommend Tollesby Hall to family/friends and would rate it as Excellent. Well done to the manager, and all her wonderful staff.

Tollesby Hall is an incredible home, each and every member of staff is so very caring, thoughtful and professional. The care our dad received was impeccable and responsive to all our dad's needs and wishes, along with our family. In unprecedented circumstances, my family and I can never thank you all enough for the care and support you gave to our dad and our family. We are here for you all too! Thank you.

From the moment I took my dad to Tollesby Hall, I felt reassured that he would be cared for by genuinely kind and compassionate people. He received 24/7 care which gave my dad and myself great comfort. He received excellent medical care from the nurses and the carers were wonderful and so attentive. They managed the stressful time during lockdown so well and always made me feel welcome as a visitor. I cannot thank them enough for their professional and caring work.

We as a family more than appreciated the work and the professionalism this dedicated staff did for their Family in care.
