Mam is treated with both dignity and kindness by all of the staff. She has been in Tenlands since 2018 and calls it home, which speaks volumes. Nothing is too much trouble. If there are issues then they are quickly resolved. The care home has negotiated the demands of the pandemic really well, catering for my mother's emotional and physical needs. Today the staff organised a lovely birthday treat for my mother's 93rd birthday. I could mention all of the carers but there isn't space. Superb teamwork from all the staff. Mother is very happy, as is the whole family.
I love the staff, they are very capable. Tenlands is a place when the time comes, I would stay there when I need care. My sister's room is excellent.

I haven't been able to visit very often because of Covid restrictions. I have only been able to see my friend in the conservatory, until today. The visits have been running smoothly and managed appropriately, so I feel I can't comment too vastly regarding the ratings.

What an amazing, socially distanced visit. Felt safe but managed to enjoy the fresh air in the garden with lovely seating. The staff were all very friendly and so accomodating. Their empathy and understanding is amazing. Thank you for everything you do.

I have had only limited contact with Tenlands really (because of Coivd), but the staff are extremely helpful and professional. In my experience, my mother seems to be happy and content at Tenlands, which is obviously down to good attention from the staff.

I’ve worked in care home administration since 2012, gaining experience across a variety of residential and dementia care settings, so it’s fair to say I’ve seen a bit of everything!I hold a Level 4 NVQ in Business Leadership and Management and take pride in creating an organised, supportive environment for both residents and staff. Whether it’s solving problems, keeping things on track, or just being someone people can rely on, I enjoy being at the heart of the home’s day-to-day operations.
