Mum has been living at ty Enfys for fifteen months now, she is a strong independent woman and took a very long time to settle, during this period and even now she can be challenging, every member of staff including house keeping show nothing but patience, care, understanding, and compassion towards her, I have no worries about her at all, the environment is that of a happy well run ship, the staff are always very pleasant in what is a very difficult job. I cannot express my appreciation enough for my peace of mind. Thank you all
Thank you for your great review. Mum's laugh echoing in reception is truly wonderful to hear. We've loved welcoming you all to Ty Enfys and helping Mum settle in her new environment.
There are regular activities for residents to take part in, and even when full participation is not physically possible, the care staff encourage as much as possible. There are a variety of areas around the home to meet during visits.
Thank you for your very kind comments. We have really enjoyed welcoming you all and love to see you all on your visits. It's been great having Dad join us and seeing him thrive.
For me, the standout aspect is the welcome when we arrived, everyone already knew Mum's name and said hello. This has continued, all the staff stopped to talk to her and they are also very welcoming to myself, the family and even the dog! I have never felt in the way and know I can come any time.
Thank you for such a heartwarming review. We've loved welcoming you all to Ty Enfys and are very happy you all feel at home with us.
Ty Enfys is a truly exceptional care home. My cousin was a resident there for over 20 months until his passing two weeks ago. I cannot fault in any way the care and consideration he received. He suffered from dementia and lived to be almost 94. From reception to nursing and admin staff, we found kindness, dignity and consideration by all. The accommodation is clean and welcoming, the food is varied and good. I would recommend this home to anybody seeking care for their loved ones.
Thank you for such lovely and heartfelt comments. We miss your cousin tremendously and are so happy he had a wonderful last 20 months with us.
It's very well maintained, clean, bright and just a wonderful care home.
Well done to you all.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. It's lovely having you all a part of Ty Enfys and taking part in all we do. I will pass these words to the team.
Compassionate, skilled and proud of what they do is how I'd sum up the staff team. The management are always evident and spot the details that make a difference. I know I can visit at anytime and feel supported to ensure mum has a high quality of life.

After a stressful few weeks in hospital we moved Mum to Ty Enfys. From the moment she got there, the care and attention given by every member of the team has been absolutely amazing. You can really see how much everyone cares for the residents and it really does put our minds at ease knowing how well Mum is being looked after. If I could give six stars I would and would recommend Ty Enfys unreservedly. Thank you.
Thank you for such kind words. It's been wonderful to welcome you all to Ty Enfys and watch your mum grow from strength to strength.
The decision to move my mother into Ty Enfys for nursing care wasn't easy, but she couldn't be in better hands and has settled in quickly. The staff are amazing - everyone I've met has had a smile on their face, and it's clear that this more than a "job" to them. Their patience, support, and genuine affection for residents gives me the additional reassurance I need that this is the right place for Mum at this stage of her care.
Thank you for such a lovely review. We've loved welcoming you all, getting to know Mum and watching her thrive.
From the moment that we walked through the doors of Hallmark Ty Enfys we could feel what a special place it is. Dad is cared for as an individual with every member of staff team treating him with kindness, compassion, friendliness and professionalism. The home is a vibrant place and is is wonderful to see dad living life to the full. We know that dad is safe, enjoying himself and is well cared for. Thank you to everyone at Ty Enfys you are all amazing.

It is such a hard decision to make when a parent needs to move into a home, but we received so much support from the team at Hallmark Ty Enfys. Everyone was and continues to be really wonderful. We are very happy with the care mum is receiving.

Thank you so much for your kind comments. It's been wonderful welcoming you all to Ty Enfys and caring for your lovely Mum.
Well. Where do I start. Mum will never be happy away from her home or mine, but this is the best I can do for her welfare and safety. She looks well, eats well and interacts with staff and most residents. I am reassured that Mum has 24 hour care and for she is kept clean and fed and has company. My main concern is her safety, and I know she is kept safe. Thank you staff at Ty Enfys.
Thank you for your kind review. It's lovely to hear that you are reassured and feel Mum is kept safe. I will pass your words onto the team.
My family and myself cannot speak highly enough of the care and compassion she experienced whilst here.
Thank you so much for such a lovely review, it was our pleasure to care for Mum and welcome you all. You are all greatly missed.
Our mum moved to Ty Enfys from a similarly priced home in England and we couldn't be more impressed. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the food is great, and there are lots of different activities every day. We get medical updates when needed and Mum is a lot happier here.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We've loved welcoming Mum and getting to know all of you. It's heartwarming seeing Mum thrive.
We have always found staff courteous and caring, most aware of relative's temperament. We have been made aware of any medication/illness or problems. The care home seems to have plenty of activities and encourages the residents to participate.
Thank you very much for your kind words and lovely review. I will pass it onto the team caring for your relative.
