I cannot praise the team enough for the care that they provided to my dad at the end of his life earlier this year. The dignity and respect shown to him helped our entire family get through a very difficult time and they continue to support my mother, providing her with a safe and caring environment on a daily basis.
It is always a difficult choice to select a care home for your loved ones but I have no doubts that both mum and dad would call Ty Enfys their home away from home.
Thank you so much for your heartfelt review. You know just how much your Mum and Dad mean to us all and it's been our absolute joy to care for them and provide your Dad with the most fitting send-off, for such a wonderful man.
My aunt has been at Hallmark Ty Enfys for only a short time, but we know that she is very happy, and so well looked after and we now have peace of mind. The personnel are wonderful & they could not have made her, or us more welcome. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and they are always happy to help, no matter how busy they are. There is always some sort of activity or entertainment and she has been encouraged to attend, which has given her the stimulation and interaction that she has needed for a long time. A wonderful place and we can't thank the personnel enough.
Thank you so much for your lovely review and for putting your trust in us to provide the care your Aunt needed. We have loved welcoming you all and getting to know your Aunt and watching her thrive.
This care home is amazing. Friendly staff. They go above and beyond with the care they give. The place is always clean. Lots of great activities every day. Beautiful garden to sit in. We as a family feel very lucky to of found this home.
Thank you so much for your review. It's been wonderful welcoming you all to Ty Enfys and seeing your loved one in the cafe each day.
There is always a friendly welcome and many activities for residents. Food varied and tailored to residents' needs.
Thank you.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We all have loved caring for Mum over the last 5 years and welcoming everyone to Ty Enfys.
The staff are always happy and always happy to help.
Thank you very much for your lovely review. I will pass your comments on to the team caring for Mum.
Her care is very good, the attention, care and support from the staff are improving her experience. A very friendly and efficient home. It's welcoming to me and our family. Thank you.
Thank you for your lovely review. It's been so lovely to watch your mum get stronger and make friends. We love her smiling face when she comes to the café for a cuppa. I will pass your kind comments on to the team.
Staff generally are very friendly and helpful.
Thank you for your kind review. It's been so lovely welcoming Mum and all of you to Ty Enfys. It's great seeing her at so many activities and with us in the café most days.
As a family, we are more than happy with the care and support Dad receives on a daily basis as his health declines and all the care staff always have time with any queries the family have. The atmosphere is happy and a programme of events ensures there is always something going on. The home is always clean and tidy, with excellent, on site chef cooked meals offering a variety of tasty options. Much work has been done by both staff and residents alike in the gardens, both floral, vegetable and sensory areas making them a great place to enjoy, weather permitting. We would highly recommend Ty Enfys.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We've loved getting to know Dad, especially hearing about his toastmaster days. I will pass your kind comments on to the team.
We would like to thank you all - we have definitely chosen the correct home.
Thank you for your lovely review. We've loved welcoming Mum and spending time with her, especially her poem books which are just brilliant.
Ty Enfys Nursing Home is above exceptional, every person working there is warm, kind-hearted and concerned not only with the individual needs of the people who live there but also with the needs of family and visitors. Ty Enfys deserves the highest accolade given.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We have loved welcoming and getting to know you all. I will pass your comments onto the team.
My mother moved to Ty Enfys in January 2024 on the nursing floor. She has received excellent care. The nurses are approachable and always call if there are any issues. I feel that she is being very well looked after. Which is a big relief to me. In addition, the carers are activity staff and fab. They never patronise, they laugh and joke and treat her like a friend. All the staff at Ty Enfys and the manager and domestic staff are always friendly to families of residents and are welcoming to us and the kids. It feels like a second home.
Thank you for your wonderful review. We have loved getting to know Mum and all of you over the last 8 months. I will pass your review onto the team.
I am very pleased with the time Ty Enfys. My sister had a very unhappy experience in her previous home, she was only there for almost six weeks. Even though the previous home was modern and theoretically 'dementia trained staff', I would disagree, the staff at Ty Enfys are excellent and help with my sister. My sister is a different person here. I cannot comment upon the food as I have not seen any or tasted it, though the cake in reception is very good. My sister is happy here, which is very important. Thank you.
Thank you very much for your lovely review. It's been wonderful to watch your sister settle here and join in with different things. I will pass your review onto the team caring for her.
This makes visits all the more pleasurable. Thank you Ty Enfys staff for your continued care.
Thank you for your great review. It's been wonderful to welcome you all over the last 4 years. I will pass your comments onto the team.
A huge thank you to all at Ty Enfys.
Thank you for such a heartwarming review. It has been wonderful to watch Mum settle in so well and to welcome you in April.
Thanks Ty Enfys for welcoming us all.
Thank you for such a beautiful review. It's been just wonderful welcoming you all to Ty Enfys and getting to know you all. Welcoming the entire family is what we strive to achieve and I am so happy to hear we are doing that.
My wife has been a resident at Ty Enfys for the last 2 months and the care and support she has received there is excellent. The staff and facilities there are all of the highest standard, very welcoming for any visiting relatives, whilst the food and organised activities there ensure that each day can be different.
Thank you very much for your kind comments. It's been lovely to welcome you all to Ty Enfys and get to know you all. I will pass your review onto the team caring for her.
Home recommended to me and I couldn't be more delighted. Staff are kind, caring and nothing is too much trouble. The ambience of the home is wonderful the moment you enter the building and throughout the whole home. I feel so much better knowing my sister is well looked after and safe. Lots of activities on offer to help stimulate the residents. Meals are of excellent quality and good variety. Certainly made the right choice. Would willingly recommend to other families looking for excellent caring community accommodation for a loved one.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. It's been lovely welcoming your sister and getting to know you all. I will pass these comments on to the team.
My mother was a resident at Hallmark Ty Enfys from October 2021 until her passing in March 2024. From the very first minute she arrived until the day of her death, she was treated with great care and love. The staff, without exception, were first class. They gave Mum the best possible care, managing her many health issues with professionalism and compassion. I could have not wished for better! Fantastic.
Thank you for your lovely words and review. Your Mum is most definitely missed here, as are you all. We loved the time she spent with us and all the fun and happy memories we made. I will pass this review onto all of the team.
It's hard to describe the difference in my mother since arriving at Hallmark Ty Enfys end of January 2024. She is like a different person, more alert and so happy and content. This is all down to the care and understanding of all the staff at Hallmark Ty Enfys. From our initial visit in December to her actual arrival in January has been a pleasant, trouble-free journey. The ease of the app to check activities she has joined in is also a massive asset as we live abroad.
Thank you for your wonderful review. We have loved getting to know Mum and all of you. We are so happy to see her settled, content and making lots of new friends.
Very impressed by every member of staff I have met. They never fail to greet you in a friendly and cheerful way. Despite their work being challenging and often pretty unpleasant they are always very sympathetic and patient.
Thank you very much for your lovely comments regarding our team. We are very proud of each and every one of them. I will pass this on to them.
