Any move into a Residential Home from one's own house is bound to be difficult, but I was always impressed with the care and attention shown to my Mum. With some Members of the staff I felt it went beyond normal duty, particularly as my Mum could be difficult at times.
I have no hesitation in recommending Rosebery Manor. It is well laid out and in my experience, it is well run.
The actual move-in went ahead seamlessly with all the carers
Whilst it is still early days for my mother I am relieved to have found her a new home where her individual needs are catered for she has the care and support she requires.
Rosebery Manor appreciates honest, timely feedback to continually improve and develop our service. Open and transparent communication is key for our service, and during a time of management change, this may have been lacking in parts, back in March, the date of this review. Our newly appointed management team, including the Dementia Manager, has ensured that all channels of contact, whether by email or telephone, remain constant and continuous. We are further working to enhance our system with the potential for our families to remote access and view the type of day their loved one has had, giving reassurance and peace of mind.
