Wiltshire Heights is an exceptional 63-bed care home in Bradford-on-Avon with a highly-trained, compassionate team on hand 24 hours a day to provide exceptional residential, dementia, nursing and respite care. Those living at Wiltshire Heights benefit from a private bedroom with an en suite wetroom, a choice of lounges to relax in, a bespoke hair salon and a private dining room to celebrate those special family occasions. Wiltshire Heights also has a secure landscaped garden and two south-facing terraces for their residents to enjoy.

The Wiltshire Heights team have welcomed Dad into their home and are really caring and very supportive with him. The move was easy and nothing was too much trouble for the team at Wiltshire Heights. From the start, the admin team and reception team were so welcoming and answered all the questions we
had. The care team are amazing and takes time with Dad to ensure he is not overwhelmed but that he has the lifestyle he wants in the knowledge that the team are there to help if needed.

Moving a loved one into Residential Care is an emotional experience as well as potentially a difficult logistical one. The team at Wiltshire Heights Care Home were a great support, helping to guide where necessary as well as being welcoming to not only our mother but us as a family.

Right from the start, you get the feeling that Wiltshire Heights is a cut above the rest. They are the only ones rated as outstanding that I could find and it's easy to see why. My father has been so welcomed. Nothing seems too much trouble for any of the nursing team or management. So happy knowing
Dad is being looked after here.

This is a lovely home in beautiful surroundings with accessible gardens. The rooms are very spacious and all have big wet room en-suites. A real highlight of this home is the activities team who works very hard on a comprehensive and varied programme of stimulating and enjoyable events. The transition
was very well handled and Dad was quickly made to feel welcome and at home.

My mother became a resident in January 2022 during a Covid outbreak at the care home. We are very grateful that she could be admitted at that time. The care she has been given since then has been excellent, encouraging and supportive for her independence. It was a difficult time for my mother to move
into Wiltshire Heights. It would have been helpful to have an information pack with details such as contacting the activities team to arrange iPad calls, what is supplied and what is necessary for the family to supply.

It was like walking into a good hotel. The staff are lovely. A small pool would be great for physiotherapy for post-op residents. Drinks plentiful with cake and biscuits. Lunch and supper only reasonable, wine a pleasant surprise!

My mother moved into the care home six days ago. I feel it has been very positive for Mum and her family. We met with the deputy sister beforehand, when she came to see Mum at home. This made the transition smoother as they had a good understanding of Mum's complex needs. The staff are all fantastic,
warm, friendly, respectful, interested, engaged and kind. This includes the receptionists, cleaners and admin staff. I am very grateful for such a supportive transition so far. Thank you.

Wiltshire Heights is a happy, vibrant place filled with caring, dedicated, and kind staff across the board who spare no effort to make sure Mum feels happy, calm, and at home. Communication between the various members of staff is brilliant resulting in consistently excellent standards being upheld at
all times. As visitors, we are always made to feel very welcome and that nothing is too much trouble. The nursing, general care, cleanliness, and the varied meals served are all outstanding and combine to create a truly lovely 'home from home'. My Mum was only a resident at Wiltshire Heights before she passed away but I cannot praise the staff highly enough. They treated her with dignity and professionalism. I only wish that she could have stayed there a little longer.

All the staff at Wiltshire Heights have been amazing through what has been a very stressful and upsetting time. My mother had a respite stay last year and absolutely loved it. The plan was that when she needed more care than I was able to give her, then she would go back and also if I went on holiday
again, she would stay for a few weeks. Mum had been quite unwell and also had a very nasty fall a few weeks ago and was in the hospital for eleven days. I called Wiltshire Heights and they remembered us from last year. I told them what had happened, that Mum was in the hospital and that I now needed more care. The whole team went above and beyond to get her admitted into Wiltshire Heights and out of the hospital as quickly as possible. They even had the same room available for her from when she stayed last year. I have so much peace of mind knowing that she is well looked after and in a very kind and considerate place. Thank you to all the staff for looking after my lovely mum so well.

I cannot compliment the staff on Poppy Floor sufficiently to recognise their commitment to such high standards of care, especially in difficult circumstances. They are consistently friendly and knowledgeable - the communication is pro-active and detailed. It is so very reassuring to know my father is
very well looked after and safe, particularly over the last 18+ months when visiting has been difficult.

Hello, my name is Charlie Osgood, and I am the Home Manager here at Wiltshire Heights.


I started my career in care in 1992, working nights as a carer in a nursing home. I loved the job, and it prompted me to undertake my nurse training in London and return to the same nursing home in 2000 in the position of home manager. I then managed this home for three years.


In the 20 years that followed, I have managed two other nursing homes, worked as a training and development manager and also been a regional manager for a small care provider consisting of five care homes.


I am passionate about care and the need to build positive relationships and work in partnership with our residents, their loved ones, our team, local professionals and advocates to achieve the best possible care and outcomes for individuals living in our home, and I am particularly excited about the opportunity to manage a home as impressive as Wiltshire Heights.

Hello, my name is Jas, and I am the Client Services Manager here at Wiltshire Heights.


I have experience working in various customer service roles, from group reservations and event management to regional sales management. I loved working in events and organising weddings, corporate conferences and seasonal parties. I have also worked for the NHS in various hospitals as a clinical coordinator.


I came into the care sector hoping to use my experience to support our residents in living a well-rounded life. I am able to use my experience in events to plan special occasions for everybody in our home to enjoy, so not only do our residents receive excellent care, but they also have a great time socially as part of the Wiltshire Heights community.

Hello, my name is Sally Bullock, and I am the Head Housekeeper here at Wiltshire Heights.


I originally joined Wiltshire Heights as a night carer and eventually became head housekeeper. I loved both roles, however, I feel housekeeping is where my talents really lie. Before this, I worked in a senior school, however after 25 years I decided I wanted to try something different.


As part of my role, I have the privilege of spending time with our residents on a daily basis, mingling and chatting with them and finding out whether there is anything I can do for them. I am lucky to have a great team who keeps our home sparkling clean and shares my sentiment that nothing is too much for our lovely residents.
