Harry, thank you so much for taking the time to share your personal experience and for your wonderful comments! Our Chefs take great pride in ensuring there are a variety of home-cooked, delicious meals available each day and that they are of the very highest quality.
I will certainly feedback on all of your kind words to all our team, who will be delighted to hear that their hard work is truly appreciated.
Thank you for raising the occasional issues regarding the Wi-Fi/telephones. We are aware of the situation and we have recently invested a significant sum of money to try and resolve this, alongside carrying out extensive investigations to identify the root cause. Unfortunately, this is a Bradford-on-Avon wide issue and out of our control. Please rest assured we will continue to do all in our power to try and work with the relevant parties to resolve this.
Warmest wishes
Sharon

Hello, my name is Charlie Osgood, and I am the Home Manager here at Wiltshire Heights.
I started my career in care in 1992, working nights as a carer in a nursing home. I loved the job, and it prompted me to undertake my nurse training in London and return to the same nursing home in 2000 in the position of home manager. I then managed this home for three years.
In the 20 years that followed, I have managed two other nursing homes, worked as a training and development manager and also been a regional manager for a small care provider consisting of five care homes.
I am passionate about care and the need to build positive relationships and work in partnership with our residents, their loved ones, our team, local professionals and advocates to achieve the best possible care and outcomes for individuals living in our home, and I am particularly excited about the opportunity to manage a home as impressive as Wiltshire Heights.
Hello, my name is Jas, and I am the Client Services Manager here at Wiltshire Heights.
I have experience working in various customer service roles, from group reservations and event management to regional sales management. I loved working in events and organising weddings, corporate conferences and seasonal parties. I have also worked for the NHS in various hospitals as a clinical coordinator.
I came into the care sector hoping to use my experience to support our residents in living a well-rounded life. I am able to use my experience in events to plan special occasions for everybody in our home to enjoy, so not only do our residents receive excellent care, but they also have a great time socially as part of the Wiltshire Heights community.
I feel incredibly lucky to be part of this fantastic home.
Hello, my name is Sally Bullock, and I am the Head Housekeeper here at Wiltshire Heights.
I originally joined Wiltshire Heights as a night carer and eventually became head housekeeper. I loved both roles, however, I feel housekeeping is where my talents really lie. Before this, I worked in a senior school, however after 25 years I decided I wanted to try something different.
As part of my role, I have the privilege of spending time with our residents on a daily basis, mingling and chatting with them and finding out whether there is anything I can do for them. I am lucky to have a great team who keeps our home sparkling clean and shares my sentiment that nothing is too much for our lovely residents.
