Thank you so much for taking time to write a review on your stay at Anya Court. It's lovely to read you found the home such a welcoming atmosphere that is most definitely the feel we aim for with out exceptional team. We hope to welcome you back when you feel you need some additional care in the future.
Once my father was in Anya Court in his room, he settled in quickly and unfortunately, due to his condition, he passed away after only a month. During this month, I again cannot fault the care and kindness of the staff looking after Dad. The food, cleanliness and general feel of Anya Court is amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your kind words about Anya Court.
We are truly grateful that we could support both your father and your family during such an important time. It is reassuring to hear that the transition to Anya Court was seamless and that your...
His final days were very special, and the staff looked after us with such dignity. They hlped with the decision making, accommodated our large family and cared for him so respectfully during this time. When he died, the team gave us time and love.
On leaving the home, all the staff gave him a guard of honour. He would have loved that. So special.
We are so pleased to hear that he felt encouraged, cared for,...
The minute you walk into Anya Court, it wows you with the friendlyness of the staff as soon as you enter is wonderful. The facilities, coffee machine, cold drinks/snacks are always available - the building is always clean, and the rooms are nicely decorated. The care provided is amazing and very personal. Lunchtime meals look fabulous, and the staff are always available to help when called for. Rooms are kept clean/tidy and very well maintained.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback, this is exactly the feel we want people visiting Anya Court to feel. We are delighted to hear that you felt so welcomed by our team from the moment you arrived.
We're also pleased that you appreciate the cleanliness of our home, the facilities...
My Mum lived in Anya Court for 18 months. It was the best decision to move her in. I have never once doubted it was the right thing to do and know she received the best care possible.
Sadly Mum passed away this week and her passing was difficult at the end for me and my sister as we watched her slip away. Anya Court were completely amazing supporting Mum and our family. She was treated with empathy, sympathy, professionalism, dignity and friendship. I honestly could ask for nothing more. I hope your loved ones get the same.
Thank you to all the staff. A very special group of people
It truly means a great deal to us that you felt confident in your decision and that your Mum received the care,...
We thank the team for giving Dad the best years of his later life and only wish he'd moved there sooner.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful and uplifting feedback. It means a great deal to us to hear how much your Dad enjoyed being part of the community and the strong bonds he built with our team.
We're especially pleased to know he felt supported, well cared for, and encouraged to try new...
Mum joined The Ballard Community in 2023 and we cannot recommend it any higher. From day 1, mum was given superb care to support her increasing dementia. Being a resident at Anya, is much more than just living there, the entire team showed mum the upmost respect, love, support and encouragement each and every day. This enabled her to join in with the huge selection of engaging and varied activities whenever she was able, and to become part of the Anya family.
All the different staff members across all departments from kitchen, housekeeping, entertainment, front of house, management etc all had a role to play in creating an inclusive, safe and supportive environment, with each excelling in their role. This support was also extended to family members or friends visiting their loved one, making us personally feel involved, always welcome and treated as friends.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. It truly means a great deal to our entire team to hear about yours and mums positive experience.
Providing compassionate, respectful and person-centred care for all residents is at the heart of what we do, and it is...
From the moment our Mum/Grannie moved into Anya Court, we felt happy and reassured that the standard of care and lovely surroundings would provide her with a 'home' for what ended up being 4 happy years. The amazing staff provided exceptional support for Mum's physical and emotional wellbeing, particularly during an incredibly difficult time for our family and as her condition deteriorated. We were always warmly welcomed and made to feel like part of the Anya family when visiting, and the relatives' events have given us precious memories that we will always cherish. The kindness and compassion shown to Mum and to us in her final days went above and beyond, and for that we will be forever grateful to the Anya team. If you are looking for a caring, supportive home for your loved one, we would not hesitate to recommend Anya Court.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a heartfelt and meaningful review. It truly means a great deal to everyone here to know that your Mum/Grannie felt at home with us and that you felt reassured and supported throughout her time here.
We are incredibly touched by your kind words...
My Father and stepmother have been in Anya for over 4 years and have received amazing care both clinically and pastorally. The staff are truly fantastic and display so much love and care for the residents. Last month, my stepmother passed away. The Anya Team have rallied round to support my father after losing his wife of over 50 years, and the support has extended to our family as well. I really cannot recommend Anya highly enough.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. It has been our privilege to care for both your father and stepmother over the past four years. We are deeply sorry for your loss, and it means a great deal to know that our team's care and support have brought...
After an operation and a weeks stay in hospital she arrived at Anya and within a fortnight they had her smiling again and out of bed, dressed and visiting the hairdressers.
She has colour in her cheeks and her memory is better than it has been of late as the Anya Court staff are gentle, kind, friendly and caring, they interact with the residents and have time to spend with them, chatting a lot which has bought my mother out of her depression.
All the staff have introduced themselves to me and have assured me they care for mum, unlike the other home who just wanted mum's money.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly delighted to hear how well your mother has settled in and that she's regained her smile, confidence, and sparkle. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centred care, and it means a great deal to know...
My Mother-in-Law has recently moved to Anya Court where the staff have spent time with her to make her welcome and help her settle in. There is always staff on hand. The manager too is very friendly and has time for both residents and family members. The home is very well maintained, in fact it's more like a hotel than a care home. There is also plenty of activities for the residents.
Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful feedback. We're delighted to hear that your mother-in-law has settled in well and feels welcomed by our team. Our team and management take great pride in creating a friendly, supportive environment where residents feel truly at home. We're also...
From the moment our family met the team at Anya Court we were enfolded in a warm embrace. The team took the time to get to know not only Dad and what matters to him, but also my Mum and the wider family. Their calm, reassuring and caring approach meant that we quickly felt welcomed into the Anya Court family. Making the decision to put Dad into permanent care was so difficult and one filled with sadness and pain and yet he is settling and is already clearly loved and cared for by the team. Anya Court helped us all to feel that rather than 'putting him into a home' we were simply expanding our family in a way that would support both Dad and Mum to be able to navigate the next part of their journey together. Thank you Anya Court for being there for us when the world seemed so bleak. We are all, even Dad, beginning to be able to smile again.
Thank you so much for sharing such a heartfelt review. We understand how difficult it can be to make the decision for a loved one to move into care, and it means the world to us to know that you felt supported and welcomed from the very beginning. Our team takes great pride in getting to know each...
I transferred my 95 year old mum to Anya Court from another care home in Rugby as she was not getting on well there. A difficult decision to make but one that I have not regretted in the least. Mum has thrived in Anya Court and her improvement has far exceeded my expectations. She is now much brighter and engaged, she participates in all the activities and loves her walks in the lovely gardens and is just a happier person. This is down to the ethos and culture of the home as they take a resident centred approach and the excellent professional, well trained and kind staff. If you are looking for a care home for your loved one I would highly recommend Anya Court.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We're so pleased to hear how happy your mum is and how well she has settled into life at Anya Court. It's wonderful to see her thriving, joining in with activities, and enjoying our gardens. We feel very lucky and grateful to have her as part of our Anya Court family. Your kind words mean a great deal to the whole team.
Our son has been living at Anya Court for 2 years now, and we can not fault the care he receives from the whole team. They know our son so well, and we feel we are all looked after when we visit. Special mention to the Cappella Team and nurses for their attention to our son. We would be lost without you.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We're so pleased to hear that your son feels well cared for and that you and your family feel supported when you visit. The whole team at Anya Court takes great pride in getting to know each resident individually and ensuring everyone feels valued and cared for. Your kind words mean a great deal to us all.
My family cannot recommend Anya Court highly enough. Care for residents is kind, attentive, generous, professional and efficient. Anya is a beautiful care home in a lovely location, clean and well kept, very nicely decorated and furnished. Gardens are gorgeous and enjoyed by residents and visitors. Food is delicious and imaginative - well done to chefs and kitchen staff! Visitors feel welcome at any time into the calm, warm atmosphere.
We're delighted to hear how highly you value the care, surroundings, and atmosphere at Anya Court. Our team takes great pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents and families feel truly at home, from our caring...
This home provides the most global and wholistic approach to caring for its residents that I have ever encountered. I can rest assured that all aspects of my mother's wellbeing are attended to, and also reviewed regularly and tailored specifically to her. There is a great sense of collaboration with family members and we are regularly consulted.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're truly delighted to hear that you feel confident and supported in the care your mother receives. At Anya Court, we believe in a holistic and collaborative approach, ensuring every resident's wellbeing is at the heart of what we do. It means so much to know that this is reflected in your experience
All of the staff were excellent - making sure she did her post op exercises and having the appropriate medication on time.
As Mum's home was not classed as habitable - whilst it dried out and was redecorated. A particular lady in the management team was brilliant in liaising with the insurance company who covered the cost of the respite care.
In a very stressful situation it was lovely to know Mum was being cared for.
Thank you to all on Capella Floor & the particular staff member
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We're so pleased to hear that your mum felt safe, supported, and well looked after during her stay with us. Our team takes great pride in making sure every resident gets the care they need, with that little bit of encouragement residents can feel back...

There is always so much laughter in the home.
It's a great place for your loved ones.

Always find staff very friendly and aware of any problems/situations. Our friend is very happy in her surroundings.
