It is not a happy time seeing your parents lose their independence, but the staff and the accommodation make it seem a pleasant experience. Thanking them for all their help and consideration given to my parents.

The staff are all very friendly and caring. They all seem to know each patient, even reception staff obviously know who you are when visiting. There is always a very welcoming atmosphere from when you enter reception until you leave.

My aunt has been in this care home for a few months now. The staff have been excellent in caring for her. The food has improved a lot since the new chef arrived and I enjoy being able to have lunch with her when I visit. This home is more like a 5 star hotel than a care home.

My only observation is that my dads appearance has been poor on occasions ie nails not cut, unshaven, which is unacceptable given that my father is/was a very smart individual.

The centre is immaculate and fully staffed, who are always helpful, courteous and go out of their way to assist. The arrangement of group dining is an excellent idea for residents to integrate with each other and for some companionship. The rooms are clean, well equipped, with trained staff on hand to provide appropriate equipment as required. It is indeed a care centre of excellence!

As soon as I walked through the doors I was impressed. The reception is impressive and well lit and decorated. My worry that other areas might not live up to these standards were quickly dispelled. My dads room is beautiful and very well equipped. The staff are amazing, cheerful, friendly and very helpful. We have experienced no problems at all and would highly recommend to anyone. If I had to pick a fault it would be accessibility on the bus- which is an outside issue. It's hard to put into words just how great the place is so I would recommend a visit and see for yourself.

I feel that my mum is receiving excellent, professional care. I feel that the staff are extremely friendly, genuine and display empathy towards my mum on a professional and personal level. The level of care has allowed me to feel that my mum is in a safe and kind environment, which greatly alleviates those 'guilt feelings' after visiting.

Accommodation excellent always very clean and tidy. My brother is always clean and tidy. Doesn't mix easily and is always in his room asleep most of the time, but now he does go on the occasional outings, which he enjoys. We have on occasions found odd things missing! some of them do turn up in time. My brother seems contented in his surroundings and he enjoys his visitors.
