The chef strives to make meals both wholesome and varied and residents are encouraged to ask for their favourite dishes. My only slight negative is the lack of space in the car park which is often full, particularly in the afternoons.
It is clearly run very professionally, with a focus on the Well Being of the residents. The Staff are welcoming, helpful and try to accommodate the needs of the Residents / Family Members. I have been particularly impressed with how
The Staff are friendly and responsive to Residents needs.
Thank You.
We are delighted to read your positive feedback about Abney Court, in particular how your dad is treated with dignity as well as the privacy you both enjoy whilst dining. We always find that it’s the smallest things that make the biggest difference. We are sorry to hear that your dad’s items get lost. On the dementia suite, we encourage residents to have the freedom to walk around which is when items can be misplaced. We try our utmost to prevent this from happening by labelling laundry and observing where residents are walking about. We advise relatives to let us know when new clothes are brought into the home so we can label them. Thank you very much for your lovely review.
Very pleasant and clean in all areas.
