Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

During my grandmother's final weeks, the staff arranged an Easter egg hunt for her to do with her young great-granddaughters. She was taken to the lounge to hide the eggs and then watched the children find them! Precious memories given to us by the staff at Belmont House. The staff also arranged a surprise visit to the garden centre for her. This was to be her last visit out and we as a family cherish that memory that again wouldn't have been possible without the staff at Belmont House. Towards the end of her life, they gave us the support, advice and hugs we needed and cried along with us. The respect given to my grandmother during her final moments and after was so touching and will stay with us forever. Thank you will never ever be enough for everything each and everyone at Belmont House did for us and Grannie.

The palliative staff are compassionate, caring, not only to their resident but to family too. Nothing is too much trouble, they work with a smile on their faces and are really engaged. The care provided is outstanding and this home should be rated as outstanding by the CQC.

I have visited my friend who is currently staying there for respite following an operation. As a social worker, I have been to many care homes, and I can honestly say this one is excellent all around. Nice, clean rooms, friendly and approachable staff, excellent food and a visible manager.

The palliative care at Belmont is exceptional, every detail is thought of to make the time less stressful and the manager went above and beyond to ensure we all felt loved and cared for during this time. We will miss everyone but never forget what an exceptional home it is.
