The home is conveniently located in a quiet residential area of the ancient parish of Sutton, offering the highest standards of residential, nursing and dementia care on a permanent and short stay basis.

The home has been designed around the needs of its residents, they can benefit from first class accommodation, with a range of communal areas for socialising and activities. State-of-the-art facilities include a bistro area, private dining room, cinema, hair salon, quiet lounges and activity rooms. All bedrooms are en suite, and residents are encouraged to bring important personal possessions to help make their rooms their own.

Key members of the care team work with each resident to ensure everyone has an opportunity to participate in activities that have real meaning for them. Mum was one of the first residents to enter the home 4 1/2 years ago. The initial settling in period was very difficult both for Mum and the family but once that passed we have nothing but praise for the Home especially during these difficult times the past year.
Mum's quality of care is excellent.
The effort made to keep in touch with us with video calls, phone calls etc is very much appreciated when/if the Home is on Lockdown. From articles in the news, Belmont House has been excellent at allowing restricted visits whenever government guidelines allow. This has made it so much more bearable for my family being able to see Mum and see that she is looking well.
Many thanks to all the staff from the cleaners to management for keeping everything running so smoothly this past year.

My mum has been a resident at Belmont for 18-months now, the staff I have met there on visits are all genuinely caring. I am in aware of the challenges they all face during these difficult Covid times this year. They are doing their very best to help residents and families continue to feel safely connected.

I found it so difficult finding suitable care for my wife. The staff at Belmont House are very kind and caring, and I am confident that she is now in the best place. The ambience at Belmont House was warm and welcoming. The staff were attentive, caring and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot thank the staff enough at Belmont House for their care and passion for looking after my father-in-law in the last week of his life.

My grandfather stayed here briefly, but despite it being a short time, we know that Belmont House provided him with the best nursing care possible. The manager was excellent in arranging the prompt private transfer for my grandfather to Belmont House. Once he arrived, all his anxiety and stress was
relieved by the comforting environment Belmont House provides. The staffing ratio is excellent and allows prompt attentive care to be achieved. We had an outstanding experience with Belmont House and cannot recommend it highly enough.

I visit my mother most days and find her in good spirits. She is happy with the care she receives.
Occasionally, she may not have certain things to hand but overall, the standard of care is very good.
My mother has ample opportunity and encouragement to join in the varied activities plus prefer to
be quiet. We find Belmont House to be a very friendly and caring home.

This home was recommended to me by a friend who had a sister here. The moment I walked through the door I liked the happy ambience that exists throughout the home. My mother, who is 97, comes in regularly for respite whilst we have a holiday. My mother enjoys her stays and likens it to a 5-star hotel!
She feels she is on holiday.

The staff in the care home are so good with my Mum. They are very caring towards her and know exactly what to do when she gets upset. She is very well looked after. She has a lovely room overlooking the garden and the food is excellent. There are plenty of activities throughout the day to keep her occupied.
I know that she is safe in their hands.

Dad is looked after very well by all the care home staff. They take time to say hello and check he is ok. He is always up and dressed when we arrive and sitting in the lounge with other residents. There are daily activities organised and Dad is encouraged to join in but if he doesnt want to, that fine
too. The facilities at the home are excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend Belmont House to others.

Belmont House have really turned my Mother in Law's life around. When she arrived she wouldn't get out of bed. Now we have to search for her! She loves all the fabulous activities put on (especially good) and chats so much more than before. Cannot thank the staff here enough. Well done.
