Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

Excellent care home, my uncle has been well looked after. Decor and customer service is second to none. Always feel at home when I'm there. They really encourage the family to come in and get involved.

From the moment we first looked around the staff have been wonderful. Tucked away in the centre of Banbury is a modern, well-furnished care home. Our father has settled in very well and feels very comfortable and well looked after.

Wow, what an amazing home. Very friendly and helpful staff, exceptionally clean and hygienic facility. I feel relaxed knowing my gran is in the safest place she can be. It is more like a home from home to her. This should be called a hotel, not a nursing home. Outstanding is all I can say.

At Highmarket House, we’re very passionate about supporting residents to live well, whether that’s delivering tailored activities, award-winning food or providing residents living with dementia with Namaste care; every department pulls together to support residents’ health and well-being.
Having a leadership role is a privilege, and making the residents’ and teams' day is important to me. I worked for Care UK for 5 years. Care UK is an excellent care provider to work for; it’s a growing organisation focused on the delivery of quality care.

Everyone who works at Highmarket House takes a ‘whole home’ approach to caring for residents. Away from work, I like to spend time with my family.
