I visit my friend 3 times a week and have done since 11.07.19. This home is like a 5-star hotel and the staff are very caring and polite to her and me. I have had to ask the management for help on a couple of things and these have been done. Also, the coffee and cakes are better than a coffee shop....

I visited my cousin today and was very impressed by both the beautiful furnishings and garden as well as my cousin's room. He has a lovely, light and airy room with a sunny patio. The staff are friendly and caring. We spent a very happy, relaxing afternoon in the piano bar, having tea and cake.

When I very first walked into The Burlington, it felt homely straight away. All staff are friendly and always polite and cannot do enough to help.
