The staff here are exceptional, no matter how busy their day has been they always have a smile for everyone who crosses their path. They create a happy, caring and fulfilling home for everyone. They really get to know each person and ensure they engage in activities that suit them. We do have Pilates twice a week, daily walking groups (with or without support), and our games centre in the activity lounge has a number of different options for all residents to help keep fit and active however, if there's another activity that your Mum would enjoy, please do let us know and we'll always do our best to add it to the programme.

My mother broke her hip in August 2022 she was no longer able to live with me. Halecroft made what could have been a very traumatic and worrying decision a seamless and positive decision and made it a very easy decision to make. They have been so helpful with settling my mum into her new home. It is a lovely environment the staff are all very caring and excellent. They go above and beyond for all residents. My mother recently moved to Halecroft Grange. Although she is settling in nicely I thought there should have been a little more induction on the first or second day, eg. just a run through of what happens on a daily basis time wise and which type of carer assistant does which job. My mother moved in on a Friday and maintenance does not work over the weekend so things were not properly put in place nor working until the Monday. As I do not live nearby I had no way to contact her for 36 hours!
