My mum has been well taken care of since April 2019. Staff are friendly and helpful. Concerns I raise regarding my Mum's various health concerns are listened to and actioned.

I find that Norton Grange Nursing Home is an excellent residence for my dad who moved in April 2023. All of the staff are extremely caring and treat my dad with dignity and respect. I visit my dad on a regular basis and nothing is too much trouble for any member of staff. I am always greeted in a positive
manner. Everywhere in the home is always clean and tidy and I feel very pleased that my dad is being looked after so well even when he can be very stubborn at times.
Reply from Simon Badland, Proprietor at Norton Grange Nursing Home

Thank you Heidi for your kind words and positive ratings.
Here at Norton, we like to encourage families to visit as often as possible, to maintain the relationships and to keep the same quality of life the resident had before coming into a home. Maintaining a homely environment is essential for our residents, so they can adapt better to their new surroundings.
Many thanks.

Dad went into the care home with dementia, we knew the challenges would be extremely difficult. We were treated as a family extremely well we were offered refreshments each time, could go in and look at his room, kept in the loop about everything. I don't think I have met staff so friendly.
I as my
dad's primary carer have been really struggling as this happened very quickly after having his covid jabs, so my life has been turned upside down.
The manager was fabulous, let me talk and talk about how I was struggling and told me to come anytime at all even to just talk, they bent over backwards for my dad which I thank them for because if I am struggling I can't imagine how he feels.
This home isn't in a posh postcode but it delivers the best service from the cleaners to the manager and everyone in between our experience is second to none and for that, I thank them.

Hi Linda, thank you so much for the review.
It was a pleasure to have your father with us and to support you and your family through this difficult time.
Please feel free to pop in anytime for a chat and a cuppa.
Many thanks

My partner has only been in Norton Grange a short while but it's the best home he's been in. This is the fourth. The manager has incredible staff, there is nothing they would not do for you. The home is laid back but run effectively. It's clean and the food is lovely and plenty of it. I know my partner's
happy there and that means a lot to me to leave him in safe hands. I do hope this will be his home forever.
