Autumn Vale Care Centre

Our family member was bedbound so was unable to experience many of the activities provided at Autumn Vale. She was however kept warm, well fed and all her needs met. She liked the staff, especially her personal needs and we were always made to feel welcome when visiting.

Friendly, attentive care of my bedbound aunt. A happy environment for her with occasional interaction with other care home residents. We were always kept up to date with how she was doing and staff and her primary carer went out of their way to provide enrichment.

My aunt partly enjoyed the singer and joined in tapping her feet and singing along.

Excellent staff, everybody i.e. residents seem extremely happy. Amazing job, everyone keep the good job going, this is the best set-up I have seen. I wish my dad had the chance to come here. The place is clean and today staff are so friendly and kind towards the residents.

The staff are lovey and very caring. I was very happy with the care my Mother received.

Lovely care home, when visiting the staff are always welcoming, and friendly and always gives you updates. Never knew how much the cares do for their residents. They put up with a lot and I personally think they should get paid more. Thank you all

The nursing team and all the carers made the last few months of my dad's life extremely comfortable, treating him with the utmost kindness, dignity and respect. My dad was made to feel safe and nothing was too much trouble, going above and beyond to support him. At all times we as a family were kept up to date with his health and wellbeing. Thank you to each and everyone at Autumn Vale.

She is very well looked after, she enjoys being here. We are happy with the staff and how they tend to her. Everything is well-maintained and clean.

We couldn't have asked for a better place for Nan to spend her final weeks. The team truly cared for Nan and also us. Nothing was too much to ask. They were so welcoming and kind. The level of support they provided Nan as her needs changed, and also the support they gave to us, was second to none. It felt homely there, a home away from home. Thank you all so much for everything, making a heartbreaking time that little bit easier.

I cannot express how amazing Autumn Vale is. The staff went above and beyond caring for her. Nothing was too much trouble. It was lovely coming to see my mum as her daughter rather than her carer. Her last day was so sad, but letting me and my daughter have the time with her till she passed has given me closure, knowing that the staff had done everything they could. Autumn Vale deserve a medal they are outstanding. Thank you again Autumn Vale.

The staff at Autumn Vale Care Centre are what made our experience of caring for my aunt at the end of her life so much easier to bear. The management were always helpful, kind and empathetic. We will be forever grateful for their support.

All staff welcoming, kept informed of anything that was happening with Mum's care. The staff ensured that her dignity was maintained up to and after her death. They were supportive and this was especially helpful when Mum passed. A big thank you.

My mother was in for an assessment only. My first impression was how clean and bright the residence was. The bedroom was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

Care home was excellent, the staff were excellent, communication was excellent. The care was really good even though short. The room was well-equipped, security was very good. Very friendly staff and very supported.

The whole family loved the place, if it wasn't so far from us all we could visit dad often. We would have very much wanted him looked after in a beautiful place, with wonderful staff, carers couldn't do enough for all the residents. My father actually told me he feel looked after like a king!

Not only is the facility beautifully presented, it is clean and modern. The staff are superb! They are kind, professional and extremely caring. They take time to know the residents and engage with them, playing music and singing songs. It is a fabulous care home.
