Since my dad has been here he has settled well. He is looked after with respect, caring staff and also patient staff. Also if there is anything to discuss about my dad staff are always there to listen and advise.

My dad was very difficult to place and needed a great deal of supervision, St Pauls took him when nobody else would take him on and he proved to be quite a challenge from the very first day. I cannot fault the care he received. Their patience, the quality of staff, their kindness and the dignity they allowed my dad was amazing. I cannot thank them enough for the care they gave my dad from his first day there till his last, I am truly grateful.

I couldn't be in a better place. The standard of care has been excellent so far and the staff are dedicated to the resident's wellbeing. I have improved so much since arriving here.

My dad was in this home for a short period of time but the care, attention, kindness shown made his last few days so much better and relaxing. Can't thank them enough.

My mother spent 5 months in your care. She was very poorly for the last 2 weeks. The staff were so kind and caring towards her. I was kept informed of her wellbeing, if I couldn't go in they would phone me if there were any changes in her condition and the doctors spoke to me also. When she passed away peacefully in their care, they showed me much kindness, which I thank them all for.

We are very pleased with his care and also the staff are very friendly and hard working. We are very grateful that he is here. Thank you.

I cannot fault the level of care shown to my wife during her last days. The staff treated her with dignity, respect and compassion until the end.

Staff were amazing both with my mum (resident) and our family and friends. Great facilities, very safe and clean. We can't thank St Pauls care team enough for all they've done. They made my mum's final days comfortable as can be.

My husband was a resident in St Paul's Care Centre for the final two weeks of his life. The clinical and personal care he received was exceptional and he was treated with great respect by all of the staff. Our family was made welcome at all times and although this was a very sad time for us all, we too felt supported and cared for. No request was too much trouble and there was always a kind word when times were hard. NHS Continuing Health Care funded his stay in St Paul's as he needed nursing care. I am so very glad I telephoned and then visited St Paul's as I did not know they offered this level and type of care. If a hospice bed is not available for your loved one, then I would strongly recommend you consider St Paul's.

I am so grateful to the staff of St Paul's for helping my husband to have such a dignified, peaceful and pain free passing. Thank you so much.

All the nursing and caring staff treat him kindly and patiently, never looking cross or weary. I admire them all for their professional and personal qualities I am very thankful that my husband is lucky enough to be cared for at this wonderful home.

I find care and love at the care home, every patient is treated the same. They are all given respect and dignity and are treated as human beings, not just a lump of meat. All the staff who work there are like angels without wings.

Staff keep the family well informed of mums wellbeing and changes to her day to day care.

So much is heard of bad care homes but St Pauls is as near perfect as you can get.

St Paul's provides a friendly, supportive environment for its residents. All things are possible I.e the staff will do their utmost to accommodate any requests.

Staff are always very helpful and pleasant.

My experience is, I have always been happy to come here to visit my partner. He was always happy and content and treated very, very nicely. We used to join in all the activities because he just loved to sing. All the staff were lovely and friendly.

I have recommended this nursing home to numerous people, I am very happy with the care my mother receives.

It is not easy to remain calm in the face of such behaviour, yet the staff are unfailingly cheerful and patient. What I like most is the way the nursing staff model good practice so that excellent care is part of the culture of the home.

We can rest assured that mum is always cared for well and treated with respect and dignity. The staff are always on hand with help or advice if needed. We would recommend St Pauls highly to anyone looking to move into residential care.

This is a hard-working, happy place. All residents have an identity, even if they have little response.
